I have a putter and wanted a new headcover but it looks like they are out of business now

I ordered a T8 and a COUNTERBALANCE Shaft over a year ago... I'm still waiting for my merchandise or a refund. From what I've read in this "Trustpilot" review page, I'm not the only one who's been scammed.
Warning: Don't do business with these people!!!

Scam company - Dont Buy From Them!!!
Bought a putter from Bloodline about 8 years ago and loved it. Placed an order for a new club 4 months ago and they've taken the money but haven't sent the club, wont respond to commnuicaions and based on reviews this looks to be common. Save your money and buy somwehere else!

They do NOT respond to emails, calls, chats or anything else.

I placed order 10/5/25 for the counterbalance shaft $107 and was really looking forward to getting the new shaft. They have zero response and no movement on the shipping details. AI said they are in business excepting orders etc but that’s false. Ai also said some locale retailers carry bloodline? I actually drove to the address for bloodline but it’s a residential area in san Marcos? I didn’t feel comfortable going to the door.

An order placed in December 2024 remains undelivered, and despite multiple attempts, we have received no response from the company regarding its status or a refund. This constitutes unacceptable customer service, and I recommend escalating this matter to the relevant consumer protection authority to investigate this potentially fraudulent company.

I ordered a putter back in late October 2024 but no sight of it yet. Got a few automated emails for the first 3 months saying that due to component shortages my order would be delayed further and that I'd get a notification when it was being shipped (whenever). Since, heard nothing. Contacted their support team, but only radio silence. I'm going to have to request a refund though I do want the putter, but the customer service and communications have been very very poor.

I ordered a head cover and a tape for the grip but never received my order. I tried to contact them by email and phone but never received a response back. Awful service!!

I agree with most of these comments . This company is the worst I've ever experienced, as far as customer service goes. I sent my putter back because i didn't like it, I never got my refund back.

I bought one of their putters two months ago. I never received the head over. I didn't like the putter and have repeatedly contacted Bloodline via email asking for instructions on how to return it for a refund. They have not answered repeated emails but they do send me new email advertisements. Terrible company. Don't do business with them or you will be sorry.

Ordered vale putter on 7/20.
On 7/26, received an email from them saying my putter is on its way.
A week later, I checked tracking number from UPS and status is showing they didn’t even receive the product yet.
I sent email to them about my order on 8/3, no response.
Sent another email but no response since today.

I ordered my putter on 10th March 2024 and after numerous attempts to contact the company I have given up ! Although I received a confirmation email stating a delivery date of up to a max of 3 weeks I have heard nothing. I regularly receive emails explaining that they are awaiting components from their suppliers to build the putter but as it’s now been over 3 months without any positive feedback I have had it.
I would think very long and hard about sending any money to this company as from my experience there is no chance of receiving anything back from them.
Be warned !!!!

I ordered one of their putters in February 2024 and received it about 6 weeks later. On April 14th I ordered a 38" shaft for the putter. It's now May 13th. I've written 5 emails and left two voice messages. No response. I disputed the charge on my Visa and expect to be made whole by mid-June. The owners must be in the process of closing the business given their complete lack of service and concern.

Almost impossible to understand how this compact stays in business. Terrible website and the most awful customer service you can imagine! If you really want this putter, DON'T buy it from them. Get it from Amazon or a third party that you can actually talk with and guarantees it. These Bloodline people are pure 100% amateur's.

I ordered the new T8 with the 38” Shaft from Bloodline Golf. I was informed of the timing of getting my product and am happy with how my golf game is improving.

If I could rate this company any lower I would! Placed an order November 2023 and are still waiting for our putter. No follow-up. No one answers the phone. They’ve had our money since then and we have no way to cancel the order or get our money back. Very disappointed. Do not order from this company!

I placed an order on September 28th. It is now November 6th and I have yet to receive my putter. The company has taken my money but not provided any order updates except an automated chatbot message saying my order is "awaiting fulfillment". I have tried emailing, calling their customer service number, direct messaging via Instagram, and the chat function on their website. Nada. This company is a scam.

I ordered a putter on the 12th of June and it is now the 29th of June. I have tried their chat function, emailed them, phoned them twice (they use an agency to shield calls) but have not been able to get any update apart from my order is awaiting fulfilment.

Terrible service and I will now have to contact the credit card company to get my money back.

Eventually did get my putter and happy with it but the service was not smooth!
