Warme smoothie
Een smoothie Mad Mango met passievrucht. Dan verwacht je een zoete, vooral koude smoothie met een klein zuurtje. Van passievrucht valt helaas niks van te proeven en beide smoothies zijn warm. Niet gewend van Blond & Brown. Bij het vragen of er wel passievrucht in zit, wordt er verder niks aan gedaan. Jammer. Voor ons de laatste keer.

Bedankt voor je eerlijke feedback. We vinden het erg jammer om te horen dat je deze keer niet de ervaring hebt gehad die je van ons gewend bent. Het lijkt erop dat we je bij eerdere bezoeken wel hebben kunnen laten genieten, en dat het dit keer niet goed is gegaan. Daar bieden we onze oprechte excuses voor aan.
We begrijpen dat dit teleurstellend is en nemen dit zeer serieus. We gaan direct met ons team in gesprek om te kijken wat er precies misging met de smaak en temperatuur van de smoothie, zodat we dit in de toekomst kunnen voorkomen.
We waarderen je eerdere vertrouwen in ons en zouden het enorm op prijs stellen als je ons een kans geeft om dit goed te maken. Bij je volgende bezoek willen we je graag een smoothie naar keuze aanbieden. We hopen je snel weer te zien, zodat we kunnen laten zien dat dit een eenmalige misser was.

The product of great the only problem is the delivery when in the uk Parcel Force are useless , I don’t know why they don’t use DPD or a more reliable company.
3 times they said they couldn’t find the address only because the number of the house came after the name of the road , post code was correct, In the end I had to pick it up from the post office, this happens all the time I order , maybe the company if sending it to the UK should put the door number first, All Parcel Force had to do is call me , my number is on the documentation, it’s exhausting.

Mooi product en super service!
Duidelijke en betrouwbare informatie op de website, eenvoudig bestelproces en snelle levering met bijbehorende status informatie. En wat een service! Fantastisch! Mijn bestelling was niet leverbaar in flessen van 500 ml en deze is aangepast naar kleiner formaat met een extra fles zonder meerkosten en met een keurig briefje erbij. Echt klasse! Ik was al fan van de ginger, die supergoed is, maar nu ook van de service!

I tried the 3 day detox and it was great! The juices get delivered properly, neat and frozen, with a clear guideline. The first time I did a detox: the juices tasted very good, fresh and healthy and you honestly didn't even get that hungry, since the juices were filling - would definitely order at Blond & Brown again!
