Steve from the organised play department was an absolute gentleman in helping us change over our distributor and I couldn’t ask for better. Any questions or concerns we had have been addressed quickly and with the upmost professionalism. I would highly recommend bliss and will be looking forward to our next order with them.

The first and only supplier that has consistently supported our company's growth over the years. Their customer service is exceptional, with outstanding support from Laura, our account handler, and Jenny. Nothing is too much trouble for them; they are always prompt and go above and beyond for us.

Bliss are always on time with delivery, Super helpful and a dream to work with. and there website is very easy to navigate for items your looking for :)

Very good company and service. Seem some negative reviews but Ive always recieved exceptional service. Any items pre-ordered have been available to purchase as requested usually prior to official release dates. Delivery is Via DPD and next day. Good selection of stock from a variety of companies. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Amazing company to work with!

Our experience with Bliss Distribution is very positive. They have an easy pre-order system and will keep you up to date on arrival and dispatch of your pre-orders.

Plus they've managed to get us stock for very sought after lines that we sell.

And lastly this is the only wholesaler we work with that has an amazing personal touch! We love having a dedicated account manager who makes us feel valued and is nice to talk to. :)

We will recommend to friends who also run independent businesses for sure.

Basically conned us out of £1000.
We had been buying cards etc. successfully, and they contacted us to say they had these football cards in stock which were flying out like hot-cakes and buy now while there is stock available.
Should have known better really but bought £1000 worth, and still haven't sold one!!
Rather than asking to return, for refund, we Asked to return for credit, so we would still be spending the money with them, but was a flat NO. No conversation, except to be told “if you asked to return them the same day they arrived with you, we could have done it then”
WHAT???? How would we know the same day they arrived they wouldn't sell????

They basically just wanted to offload a lot of crap that wasn't selling and made up more crap to make them seem the best thing since sliced bread.

BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS - I HAD ALREADY SPENT A LOF OF MONEY WITH THIS “COMPANY” BEFORE THIS - SHOCKING WAY TO TREAT A GOOD CUSTOMER.

Difficult for Start ups

The original review has been updated after I received a call from the general manager. After my first review. So TrustPilot does work, I will make sure to register my company on here.

I am not going to say they are an easy company to work with but I have voiced my concerns and expressed other ways they can verify if a company is legit and i do believe they will consider what i have said and I do believe they will work closer with start ups in the future and look at other ways to verify they are not bedroom collectors etc

The result of this i have changed the score and updated my previous review.

Had stock delayed and after I made payment, they said they never received it and so they cancelled the order and put a 'strike' on our account despite the problem not being my own. I have had to open an investigation with our bank to claim a refund.

A huge amount of preorders and reservation delayed at once. While other companies still are getting their stock. Perhaps from this distribution or another.
Have a strong feeling they are supply to their bigger buyers first then leaving small companies to struggle.

Probably the worst distributor we have worked with. Very poor stick levels- poor reservation system rendering challenges when taking pre-orders.
Much easier cutting out the middle man and going direct to Asmodee or other distributors.
Website is old fashioned and the payment system is weak. Everything about this company is difficult to deal with. Customer service and accounts management is non existent- they really need a lesson in what this is.
I get there are challenges with Covid etc but this company haven’t adapted well enough at all- they should be doing everything they can to support businesses to grow.. instead they just stifle.
Use a different distributor!
