Still sent an X-Large shirt
when placing my order, I accidently order an X-large and I asked them if they could switch it out and they assured me they changed it to the large shirt that I was needing. Got my shirt in and it's still an x-large. Very disappointed that they still sent me an x-large after telling me they fixed it.

Our CRM does allow for live tracking updates however this results in an email for every status update from the carrier (around 15-20 emails per shipment) and due to complaints we turned that feature off. We will provide the feedback to our CRM to see about better options in the future.
