I bought wood Venetians that were…
I bought wood Venetians that were sagging on both ends when in the up position. I brought them back to store for repair. The salesperson told me she would have never sold me a window treatment that long. They repaired them but I had the same issue. I, who never worked in a shade store repaired them myself by shortening the take up string.

Blind Repair
We had an issue with 1 of the cords, it broke so we could not operate the blind. I took the blind into the local store in Springfield and within a matter of just a few days, they repaired it to original functionality.

be ready to wait beyond their suggested time
I have order all my blinds here for years. But now their service is going down. Not working with their customers. After spending a few $$$$ there was a piece missing on all 3 windows. Being their mistake I asked to give me a break and all they did was deduct $50 and get it to me within 2-3 weeks, since my original order had been fulfilled and it was their misunderstanding. It was 2 more months after the original 6 weeks; the first time I understood with the state of the country, but not 2 more months, after saying 2-3 weeks. And the installation process changed the 2nd go around. Now they schedule and email you and text you the window of arrival. One day I received 4 emails. And had to wait almost 2 more weeks. When the installer handled the scheduling it was much smoother, and he's a great professional. After my order came in they sent me an email of $100 to use in the next couple months. Really!? Why not give me a better break from the start. If something was working, why change it. The installation system should have stayed as it was; and if promised 2-3 weeks, it should not have been 2 months, and with no contact in between. Order No: 932749

We experienced superb customer service. The saleswomen were extremely knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations. The installer followed COVID guidelines, was very professional, and did an excellent job!
