The motorized blinds are quiet and perfect. The installer set them up and showed is how they work.

The shutters that were installed in the front bedroom were done very poorly. There was caulking on the frame and walls that was not cleaned up and now we have to scrap it off and repaint the walls around the window. I had to tell the installer to correct a number of things like the shutters are crooked.

Amazing how easy it was! Cannot wait to get Blinds to go on every window!

The blinds you sold me do not retract on their own. You professionally measured my windows and you installed the blinds. The did not work properly when you installed them so you came back and 'sent them back to the factory'. You came back and reinstalled them and they still did not work.

The process for ordering, measuring, and installing the blinds was smooth, seamless, and professional.

It was the easiest process ever. I was skeptical at first, but my husband wanted the shutters. I am so glad he pursued it. I love them. Not more curtains. I just love them. Everyone was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. Best decision ever. But I won't tell my husband that. Lol. Shhhh

We were not entirely thrilled with the quality of these window treatments this time. They were not easy to hang especially the big sliding door. And the turnaround time was way too long.

The blinds to be replace were on our bathroom window at the front of the house so we needed something as soon as possible for privacy. Because of COVID-19 pandemic, the production of "regular" blinds, with a cord to raise and lower them and another to tilt them as well as multi-colors, was estimated to be 57 days. The blinds we ordered were a new type which were raised and lowered by pulling the bottom up and down against a built-in spring and adjusting the tilt by twisting the bottom forward and backward. They were also shiny white metal rather than vinyl, but that was not a problem. They work well.
However, they were to be delivered in five (5) days and we got them
almost a month later shortly before Thanksgiving! Hence, the average rating.

Experience was as I would expect, from help at the store with selection of the right product, to very quick & well done installation. I was a bit disappointed with the 5 weeks to receive the product, but with what's happening out there now, understandable, and time was not an issue for us.

We loved the guy who measured and installed our blinds. Everybody we dealt with was very professional .

The blinds look great. They were cut to precision. And they fit into my window (non traditional measurements) quite well.
