Second time shopping. Great experience overall.

Installers were great to work with, they were professional, quick, and detail oriented. Designer was also knowledgeable and helpful during the process. Would work with them again.

I ordered three blinds. The design consultant Jesse Gomez was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure that my measurements were correct and accurate. My order was complete on time, and I was notified when it was ready for pick up. I am very satisfied with the blinds. I would recommend Blinds To Go to my friends and colleagues.

Our new blinds were available on schedule. They were perfectly manufactured to my measurements. Slightly difficult to install because you have changed your mounting brackets from the last time I bought your blinds fie years ago.

The blinds themselves are beautiful, and they were produced and installed on schedule. Store staff were lovely and kept things safe vis a vis covid restrictions. Installer worked quickly, installed things perfectly, tidied up afterwards and also kept everything safe. HIghly recommend.

I ordered skylight blinds with Blinds To Go online service. Although my representative was very nice, there was nothing but trouble with my blinds. Skylight blinds did not fit or operate in any way. A few times the installer showed up without a tall ladder and witout the necessary parts needed to fix one of the problems. After 5 visits, they are still not fixed or working properly. There has been no follow up unless I call to find out what is happening and getting a manager on the phone is impossible. i give up. If i can give 0 stars, I would.

I went to the Brooklyn location and it was a quick process because I already had an idea of what I wanted. I’m not an expert on blinds and this is the first time I purchase some but they seem good. The complaint I have is with the measure and install service that they offer. When they did the measure they came 3 hours after the time slot. It was the same story too when they did the install. I shouldn’t have to wait hours past my appointment.

The pleated blinds are beautiful however, I did not realize that I needed darkening blinds. I did tell my sales person that I wanted some light to come through, but I was wrong. With the new blinds, too much light comes through. My husband and I have bought darkening curtains that he will install to remedy the problem. It really was my fault.

Delivered to wrong address. Right house number, wrong street. Had to wait for residents at the delivery location to bring the package to me. All attempts to contact shipper and Blinds To Go failed. Repeatedly told that package was delivered!! It was but to an unknown WRONG address!!!!!

Product was great, needed minor adjustment, contacted installer asked if could stop if in area. Never came back

There was a mix up in my measurements which then created months and months of confusion and back and forth and work delayed. Also, getting a hold of someone from the actual store was never, ever easy. If I called and didn't know someone's extension, a message would actually say, "Thank you. GOODBYE." and then hung up on me. Imagine that going on for months and months. Someone would call me back if I complained to the head office, butif I tried to get a hold of someone in the store where my order was made, it was either frustrating or like climbing Mt Everest. It was a laughably bad experience. Eventually, that was the attitude I took: Another problem would arise, and I would just laugh at how absurd it all was. I would never, ever buy blinds from this company ever again
