Order placed 7th August and not received and no response via email and social media. Not happy as was a birthday gift

Excellent shirt, excellent price and quick delivery I just love this website easily the best one

Seems to be contrast on experience from international vs UK customers? Although the website and email confirmation from himself states that they do worldwide shipping, we still have not received our box neither any tracking nr after 4 weeks. Also no response on mutliple emails sent after he received our order and our money! False advertising! Blindbox does not DELIVER worldwide at all!

Terrible experience. The T-shirt I ordered was ruined; they asked me to return it for a refund. Eventually, they got the shirt back, but they never issued a refund and stopped responding to emails.

Having originally left a 1-star review on Trustpilot due to the lack of communication and poor service I experienced with Blindside Box, I’m pleased to say that things have since improved.

After posting my review, Blindside Box contacted me and explained that they had been experiencing problems with their emails — although clearly, they had received the notification from Trustpilot!

They then processed the refund for my first returned order and, without me asking, also refunded my second order while still sending it out as an apology for the poor service I had received.

Thankfully, the second order arrived within a few days, and we received a 2015 World Cup shirt which was of good quality. My son was very happy with it.

It’s just a shame that the whole situation was so avoidable. If the people behind the company and website had been communicating properly and running things efficiently from the outset, this could have been a very different experience.

I’ve therefore changed my original 1-star rating to 3 stars, reflecting the improved service and the way they eventually resolved the situation.

Below is my initial review.

I purchased a mystery rugby shirt for my son from Blindside Box. When it arrived, it wasn’t a vintage shirt as expected; it was a current British & Irish Lions shirt, which my son already had. I therefore returned the item via Royal Mail tracked delivery, following the instructions on their website. Royal Mail tracking confirms that the return was delivered to Blindside Box on 20th July.

It is now 10th August and I still have not received my refund.

On 30th July, I placed another order because my son still wanted a vintage shirt and, at the time, I expected my refund to be processed shortly. That order still hasn’t arrived and is showing as “pending” on the website. I have received no dispatch or shipping information.

I emailed Blindside Box on Wednesday 5th August. Their website states that they aim to respond within 24 hours, but as of today, 10th August, I have received absolutely no response.

I am now over £70 out of pocket, with nothing to show for either order.

I have retained evidence of both purchases, as well as proof that the returned item was delivered to Blindside Box via tracked Royal Mail. Given the lack of communication and the delay in processing my refund, I am now reporting my experience to Report Fraud and pursuing the matter further.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from this company researches recent customer experiences carefully before placing an order.

For comparison, we have previously had a great experience with MysteryJerseyKing, who I have found to be reliable and trustworthy.

Recently bought two mystery boxes. Good quality items, fast delivery. Can’t complain!

Bought a vintage box for a family members birthday. Was a very good gift and got a 2005 lions top in great condition. Was delivered quickly. Also very fast customer service on a follow up email I sent. Would recommend

2 previous orders of the retro mystery box have been great and with speedy delivery. However my latest purchase didnt arrive for 2 weeks (the website explains it could take upto 10 days) then when I contacted them via email it took 4 days to reply despite the autoreply promising reply within 24 hours. The phone number rang out with no answer everytime I rang it. A replacment did get sent out 4 weeks after the initial order which earned the 2nd star.

The guys at the booth at Lit Sevens At Wasp FC were so nice. Not pushy, patient, great experience!

Poor company selling fake jerseys to the public and they’re not cheap either. I have asked for a refund, but not received a single response from this bunch of crooks. They say not to continually message them as you go to the back of the queue. What a joke
