Please Stay away… won £9600 , paid me £3000 then told me I’d breached some sort of conditions and confiscated £6600. I have escalated this with casino guru , complained to the Ajourn commission and I will be initiating over 80 individual chargebacks across their gaming network if they don’t reinstate my winnings and pay them. I’ve done nothing wrong at all. I’m hoping if it’s not resolved by the casino itself then they get marked as a SCAM site and blacklisted.

Absolutely shocking. I can’t stress how bad the payouts are on the games. You will lose everything. You can literally spin 500/1000 times with no bonus and if you do get lucky to hit maybe 1 bonus it still pays nothing.

Their responsible gambling is non existent. I have asked to close my account multiple times and they emailed back with a form to fill out stating that the maximum exclusion is 30 days. They will not close my account as per my request and then they have the audacity to keep sending me bonuses on my account. It’s absolutely disgusting when you are trying to quit an addiction.
