Comfortable car, waiting for us at time . It was good

Amazing driver who met us in Surabaya and took us on our amaing journey through Java. After Ijen he escorted us on ferry to Bali and drove us safely to Ubud. We truly had an adventure of a lifetime.

The booking was easy and clear from the beginning. The communication went smoothly, and the driver came to pick us up as agreed. However, one hour into the driving the car broke down. We waited for one hour until another vehicle came to collect us.
Unfortunately it was an enormous bus, that went very slowly, and as a consequence our trip took three hours longer. Not their fault, but the experience was not as positive as I would have wished.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I only arranged my trip with them about 2 weeks before flying out from the UK. Communication was great, really easy to arrange. We had a driver called July, who was absolutely lovely, he was so friendly, spoke really good English and made us feel so relaxed and made the whole 3 days we was with him really enjoyable.
He collected us from Malang, via the waterfalls, dropped us at our hotel near Mount Ijen.
The following day collected us and took us to the starting point to climb Mount Ijen and back to our hotel, and then the third day collected us from Ijen, took us across on the ferry and handed us over to our driver in Bali.
We didn't have to consider or worry about anything as July did everything for us and made sure we was always OK, anything we wanted wasn't a problem for him and he definitely made us realise we made the right choice by having a private driver.

Great service from the time we get in touch for quotation and travel plan to the experience we had during our trip.
Alfan was responsive and clear on questions we had. Even we have not met in person, our exchanged through messages were all good and reliable.
Esp. our driver Dian was great. Even we only booked for car with driver (no tour guide), our driver took the tour guide's role sometimes where he brought us to the best viewpoint for Bromo sunrise view, advised us the best travel plan & places, shared with us the local culture and arranged in advance entrance tickets, guides, food for our whole trip which save us all the hazzles of waiting or searching around. His driving was skillful that provided us much travel comfort despite twists and turns on moutainous roads.
We really enjoyed the service and thanks for such great experience we had.

Strongly recommended! Alfan was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our overnight trip to Mt Bromo return from Suarabaya went smoothly. We got a private transport for the 2D1N trip, and it was great value for money. Alfan also helped us arrange transport to our next destination and our hotel for the night, all for no extra charge. Our driver Budi was very friendly and helpful, and let me practice my Indonesian which was fun. He came with us on the morning trip to see the sunrise and was very patient and informative.

From Surabaya to Yogyakarta, always on time, comfortable car for 4 people + driver, water for 3 days and flexibility on route. Highly recommendable.

The contact we had in advance with Alfan was very constructive, patient and efficient, which created an atmosphere of confidence even from such a distance. Everything was very well organized from the meetup till the end of the tour. Our guide Nico put everything in place to meet our expectations. The only side note we could make is the alternative guides who accompanied us on some trips, it was regularly hard to communicate with in proper English. Wow, where do I begin!! Totally recommend Blessing Transport Service. Right from the start, communication was excellent.I arranged this from NZ and it was very easy with their help with helpful hints of things needed for our journey pick up iat Surabaya, transfer to Malang, driver to Tempuk Sewu with guide, and driver to Mt Bromo and 4wd, with drop off at Probolinggo train station.We were greeted and welcomed at Surabaya airport , transported to Malang and had three days in total with our driver!! Our driver, sorry forgot his name!...was fantastic, lovely, helpful caring man. Out Tempuk Sewu guide, well what can I say!! Awesome guide I honestly couldn't have completed it without him I am very grateful to him indeed. Mt Bromo, another omg, amazing experience. And then we were dropped of at Probolinggo by our same driver. He helped us buy our train tickets, made sure we were okay before he left us there. The whole experience was our highlight and we had a total ball. We always felt safe and looked after. Our drivers and guides 100% fantastic.

I contacted Alfan last minute for just transport to Bromu, and the whole experience was seamless. Swift communication, timely pickups, great person. He comes highly recommended. My life is better for knowing him.
