Great Experience
Great Experience. Great price, great communication. I bought a large linear fireplace and it was packaged well for shipping. I've purchased the same fireplace from another online retailer, and it wasn't packaged well and arrived with the glass shattered. Much better experience with Blazzing Fire.

Good customer service, questionable shipping
The item was correct and quickly shipped. The box was bashed badly all over, luckily my goods weren't damaged, but it made me question about ordering again.

First, Blazzing Fire's prices were the best I could find on the internet and much better than local companies. Second, I got a discount coupon. When it didn't work I called customer service and they gave me a replacement code immediately. When I placed the order I was advised it would take 3-5 business days. My package arrived within three days and included everything I needed. Installation was easy and instructions were complete. They even included an extra holiday package and a nice personal thank you note. Best experience I have ever had with an online vendor.

It was a very long process to fix an error with shipping, but, in the end Blazzing Fire made good on my purchase. The final result is that the company acted with honor and conducted business in a professional manner.

It is regrettable that your experience with Blazzing Fire has not been as expected.
Although the wrong item was ordered/shipped, our staff worked diligently with you in an attempt to figure out the issue prior to realizing that a propane burner was ordered rather than a natural gas version.
After reviewing the multiple emails and phone calls, our team mentioned propane multiple times with no indication from you that that was incorrect. The only reference we were able to find was your mention of a company named Coserve, which is unfamiliar to us, and required an internet search during our review of this issue to determine that they are a NG supplier.
After determining the problem, we have reached out to you via email and phone calls offering to replace the item ASAP. However, as of the posting of your review, you have yet to return our calls or respond to the email.
We would welcome the chance to make this right for you, but we do need you to respond.
