So happy with my purchase

So happy with my purchase. The fireplace insert is beautiful and I definitely love the heat feature as well! This will definitely save me from the wear and tear of bringing the logs up to the second floor!

Great Service

Very pleasant & helpful service. I was able to speak to a curtious person right away. Product shipped quickly. Only issue was FedX shipping. The box arrived damaged but no damage to my item. The fireplace screen was very heavy. Great product.

Ash Caddy Fast and Affordable!

We ordered a new ash caddy insert for our fireplace, shipping was fast and dimensions listed where accurate. It fits perfect and was the best price around! Will definitely use Blazing Fire for our future needs!

Actually stocks product, unlike other retailers

Unlike the other retailers whose said they had my product in stock but when asked admitted they didn't stock product and drop shipped from the manufacturer (who was backordered), Blazzing Fire actually had product in stock and shipped it right away.

First time order

First time ordering from these guys and it was a good experience. I placed an order for a fireplace grate and then immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. I email customer service and they promptly cancelled the order and let me make a correction. The correct item shipped the next day and I had it a few days later.

Horrible

Horrible. You created a horrible return process, just so you can steal your money if you do not need the part. You stole $700.00+ from me. Will be rating this everywhere as Horrible and Recommending Real Fyre Store. I have several homes with Gas Fire places, and NEVER will I use your company and I will do everything I can to make sure everyone knows.
