I purchased a blanco solis stainless steel sink. The fitting of this sink was very difficult due to the flush infino drain system, which is meant to be innovative! Customer Service was beyond useless when I wrote for advice on fitting. Beyond this, I am totally unimpressed with the sink. It is very thin stainless steel and feels tinny. It stains very easily. Very difficult to remove stains without using some form of scourer - and then you risk scratching. I wish I'd just bought a cheap sink from local hardware store. Totally unimpressed and for the very hefty price I paid I expected so much more. It just does not compare to the previous Blanco sink I had. Very disappointed. Avoid.

Absolutely wonderful tap that does the lot boiling, filtered chilled and sparkling. You can even select the amount of water you want. It looks stunning and works beautifully

We purchased a Blanco Minorca sink in white when we had a new kitchen fitted two and a half years ago. It wasn't long before a brown stain appeared around the plughole which gradually got worse despite cleaning.
How a Company can sell a product in white knowing that it will stain and require endless maintenance is beyond me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IN WHITE

The Blanco tap was installed in a new build less than 5 years ago
It has developed a leak . I have been in touch with Blanco with the model reference and they say it is no longer produced and there are no replacement parts available.
So effectively I have to buy a new tap

Do not buy the silgranit sink in white, impossible to keep clean after just over a year ours is brown. Followed all the instructions, clean day. Pointless just don't buy, replacing shortly with stainless steel

I purchased a Blanco Fontas II tap in 2021/22 when I built my new kitchen. Recently, the tap started letting water through when in use, so I contacted Blanco UK customer service. Initially, I purchased replacement cartridges myself, thinking this would solve the issue, but unfortunately the problem remained.
Blanco UK customer service then really stepped up. Martina went the extra mile to make sure the issue was properly resolved. Her approach was professional, helpful, and customer focused, and she ultimately offered a replacement to ensure I was fully satisfied.
A huge thank you to Martina for her excellent service. I am very pleased with the support I received and with Blanco UK’s commitment to looking after their customers.

We bought a Blanco sink when getting kitchen refitted. It looks stained most of the time and I am constantly cleaning it.

Also the model we bought has 2 holes pre-kit for the taps, to be either left/right handed drainer. Cheap and tatty way to resolve an issue. The unused hole has a silver plug to cap it off, but it contstantly needs cleaning.

I had a Villeroy & Boch poreclain sink for 20 years and it was no problem. I made a big mistake buying ceramic. Never again. 2 years on and we both detest it

So far I am unimpressed with the customer service. I have contacted blanco over a week ago regarding an issue. Granted it is festive holidays so I didn’t get a response. I called on Friday and got told to send an email, which I did. Still no response or help and they are closed on the weekends, which is crazy as it’s the only time I’m not the office to sort anything. Reading reviews it seems the aftercare is bottom grade

There have been so many times, after purchasing well-known brand products to be only let down when trying to make a warranty claim or request after sale support.
This has been absolutely not the case with Blanco UK. Blanco's customer service went above and beyond to make sure our request had been addressed and any issue resolved in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. We are extremely happy with the superb customer service. This gives us a complete peace of mind to continue enjoying our kitchen sink and tap for the years to come.

Blanco Sona 5 S Compact 1 Bowl Inset Silgranit Composite Kitchen Sink & Waste with Reversible Drainer - 860 x 500mm - purchased in Soft White as part of a Wren Kitchen [avoid].
Now on our fourth delivery and each sink is clearly chipped along the edge. Contacted customer services to enquire if there is a Stainless Steel Blanco sink which will fit the profile in the worksurface and they're not interested as I am a third party in this equation.
Overall Poor Quality - yet to get a perfect one, and the soft white stains terrible.
If I could leave no ☆'s I would.
Spend you're hard earned cash elsewhere.

Invested in a Blanco sink earlier this year made from silgranit which their marketing blurb advertises as ‘extremely resistant’.

Looks great but within a few months the main basin has 4 chips in it 2 of which are fairly large. It’s anything but resistant. I can honestly say nothing sharp or pointy has been dropped or forced into the sink so these marks are a fault with the product.

I’ve been having to clean it on a daily basis too to stop the staining but regardless it’s turning a different shade.

The plug mechanism is inconsistent; you have to lift the strainer out to nudge the plug underneath to get it to operate often.

So I’ve gone to Blanco hoping for some customer service but they have been nothing short of useless. According to them I’ve misused the sink & suggested I buy a granite repair kit to sort the chips!

Apparently it has a 25 year guarantee but I’m not clear on what that covers exactly given their response.

I was hoping this unit would look good & last around 5 years but within 5 months it’s failed. Do not buy a Blanco sink; it’s poorly manufactured & not worth the money.

Blimey - I thought it was just me - but reading the reviews shows I'm one of a number of unhappy customers.

I enquired about a soap dispenser spare part. It costs €8.40 plus €5 delivery from Blanco in Germany. Blanco in the UK supply the same part for a whopping £35 plus £5 delivery in the UK.

The rub is you can't order spare parts directly from Germany - only from the UK

I asked why I'd be charged 4 x the German RRP for the same spare part. Smells like a rip off to me. No sensible reply yet.

The message is clear - don't invest your hard earned money in Blanco products.

We purchased a new house which has a Blanco Sink and tap. The tap which retails at £550+ Blanco- Culina S Tap is advertised as an award winning mixer tap! Designed for quality and longevity....The tap is now 3 years old and the spray head does not work. To replace the spray head it is £82 !! We contacted Blanco who were very curt to start with however after a few emails we were offered a 50% discount on the replacement part!! Please do not purchase one of these taps if you want it to last a long time and at that price it should! We feel that Blanco should have done the right thing and replaced the faulty part for free - this is supposed to be a prestige tap and company, but I will never purchase from them again.

I had a silgranit sink installed as part of my John Lewis kitchen, JLP should know better than to proffer this tat. The sink and drainer won't whiten unless you use VWP, the stuff for sterilising wine making kit (which does work really well but it's expensive) The knob for lifting the plug died after less than two years of not working very well so I got a Blanco tap hole stopper which arrived today with the chrome finish covered in scratches. Ive had to email their aftersales people as their returns portal doesn't work. And, finally, a silgranit blister the size of a drawing pin head has just this week appeared on the draining board, what caused that? Are they manufacturing this stuff in China? Poorly made and difficult to maintain, you have been warned.

Do not purchase their taps if they have a pull out hose. I have had endless problems with the tap. Water sprays form the nozzle and if you turn the tap on full it causes water to be pushed back which leaks under the sink. The design is aesthetically pleasing but the practical application is poor.

Our really expensive composite sink has a crack in it after only 6 months. After zero consultation they are sending a cheap metal disk to cover it up!!!! Described on their website as "sinks are extremely hard wearing" absolute loads of rubbish

Had a stainless steel blanco sink installed. Any drop of water which lands on it stains. After every use (lots of grandchildren so being used all day long) only way to get rid of stains is to use cif. If stains haven’t dried on ha

We have just replaced our siligrant Blanco sink after 4 years. We followed all the cleaning instructions and still it stained. We contacted Blanco as the guarantee is a long one. However, they didn't want to do anything other than send us some cleaner, which didn't work.
Also the the little knob that opens the sink broke 3 times in the 4 years we had the sink.
In all a dreadful sink, awful customer services and cost over £50 to fix the sink each time the knob broke.
Avoid and buy another brand.

Had a blanco belfast sink for 15 months and has 2x cracks in it already, contacted my kitchen provider Wrens who gave me contact details for blanco, spoke to blanco and sent over 8 to 9 photos.
Never even got told the out come they went straight to Wrens and that was it. I didn't expect a sink at that price to develop cracks after 15 months specially when I use a dish washer and a sink basin for all other small non-dishwasher friendly items.
(Not worth buying these) I would stay away at that cost and rubbish service.
