I ordered the white camo X10 Cargos in size 36
They sent me black V1 Cargos in size 32.
Couldn’t get my order any more wrong and took ages to deliver. Stay away from these crap instagram brands

Not great quality. I ordered some trousers but one arrived with a metal part broken. It was very thin metal that was extremely easy to break.

Customer support offered a replacement free of charge, which was good.

A belt loop on another belt got detached soon after when putting a belt on. So the stitching or the thread is not great.

After a few months, the fabric ripped around one of the back pockets as well.

Overall I think they have cool designs and decent customer support, but the quality of the materials is pretty bad.

I love the pants as well as the discounts you offer

Great product and customer service as well. Any issue was dealt with an appropriate amount of time!

My pants were too small. No issues to return for a refund. Black Tailor were prompt with replies and offered to sell me another pair for $29. The returns mail address is in Singapore! The cost to return was more than the value of the pants. The package originally shipped from NJ, so no explanations as to why I had to return to Singapore. Needless to say, I didn’t return and took the $100 hit. Would never purchase or recommend to purchase from Black Tailor again now knowing that returns are not worth the hassle & costs.

Do not order! They promise Free Delivery 1-3 Business Days (for orders over …) this is bs. I ordered and after a week it was kept at the customs office at FedEx. I ordered for 270€ and should have paid over 100€ import and custom duties.

This is no free delivery and they did not inform me of such high import costs at any point during the order process.

I declined the order ofc and Blacktailor said they would reduct 25$ from the return amount and whatever the return shipping costs would be.

Such bad customer service as well.
Pls do not support this business. It’s probably fast fashion as well.

Order to door was very quick and the cargo pants were spot on.

One of the worst experiences I have had ordering from a site. First off the pants said they would be 32 inseam but they are much longer than that. Also much baggier than shown in the photo its a bit ridiculous. I asked to return the pants and instead of offering help with a return they asked me to purchase another pair of pants which is insane. When I told them I wanted to return them and not get another pair they then expected me to pay for the shipping back to Hong Kong which is not stated in the return policy. This is a scam because being in the USA it would cost as much as the pants to return them so it doesnt make sense. Overall horrible experience will never be purchasing again.

The quality is very good. Pay a little more for quality and it is well worth it. Best fitting pants I own.
