Have used Black Sheep for many Years. Never had any issue until latest Electric Renewal which we did with British Gas Lite from SSE. SSE wrote to advise that we had been placed on a variable contract as we had not arranged a new deal with anyone. Archie took on the challenge to resolve with both SSE and British Gas Lite, and we got a quick response to confirm issue resolved. Very quick response from Black Sheep.

Sent me a DocuSign permission letter without even asking me about it. UNSOLICITED : Will definitely not be using them.

I have had another DOCU SIGN letter again today which is unsolicited.

Harassing and pushy. I said to call back next September as that is when I will review contracts. He wouldn’t take this for an answer. Very rude. Certainly won’t be looking to do business with them when the time does come around.

This company continually calls and pretends to be catching up with "Simon", this is a complete lie and is a poor way to conduct business.

just been cold called by J.... from Blacksheep. Said he'd been talking to someone which I know for a fact he has not. was quite rude about it. will not deal with this company on principle now

These people relentlessly call your business, even when you repeatedly ask them not to. I blocked their number and they still managed to get through again on a seperate number! I realise that the nature of their business involves sales pitch type calls but I have never known any single company to phone so incessantly as this one has. Enough to feel the need to write a review!

Josh Broster took on the case and after many hours and a lot of hard work we seem to have a really good out come for our company

Dealt with Black Sheep for a number of years now. Mostly with a lady called Grace and more recently with Malika. I have always received excellent service. They are able to deal with my requests quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Black Sheep Utilities.

Although Black Sheep as a Company can be quite pushy, when you have a problem they jump straight on it. Jasmine Langridge was particularly good today in sorting out a missing invoice from a new electricity contract

I have contacted the Customers Service due to some delay of the receipt of British Gas invoices for our electricity.
Malika Boostani took over from her colleague regarding my request to investigate why we have not received our invoices since July 2023 and in less than one week, it has been sorted! I cannot thank Malika enough, as I received all the invoices for our electricity before our year-end next month!

Josh, our company's Customer Service Manager, responded very quickly to all my queries and went on to search billing information from my previous suppliers that would have been all but impossible to find for someone with less patience and knowledge as Josh.
He then went on to collate this information on an easy to use and accessible spreadsheet, while constantly keeping me updated with the progress in finding the information required from the less than helpful previous suppliers.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Josh as a shining example of brilliant customer service and a credit for Black Sheep Utilities.

A very annoying organisation. One of their cold-callers kept phoning me to try and negotiate new energy prices for me about a year before my contracts expired. I told him that I did not want to speak to him until 3 months before my existing energy contracts expired. He made a date to call me, but them he called me several more times before the date that we had agreed! Eventually I told him that I did not want to do business with Black Sheep Utilities under any circumstances, and asked him not to call me again. But I still got another call from him.

Matt Tebbitt provided exceptional customer service in helping our company resolve our long-standing meter and billing issues. An exemplary staff, Black Sheep is lucky to have him on board their team!

Excellent service from Malika during my meter replacement. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Blacksheep Utilities have helped us deal with our previous water supplier and have been very efficient chasing a credit note.
