I tend to make reviews a base of my choices these days. That being said, I found an action figure at blacksbricks.de that got me interested. It's an older figure and I wasn't sure if the listing was up to date. Of course, I had a look at the reviews on here and there were some strong opinions. So, prior to buying I simply called them up. Folks, this is a very friendly and sincere contact. We had a good call, the figure was still available, shop is up to date. Following the call, I ordered it right away. The figure was sent off the next morning and in the mail only a day later. Well packaged, super fast delivery. So happy. This was a very good shopping experience and I will buy here again.

Keine Ware kein Geld

Meine erste Bestellung, die super abgewickelt wurde. Bestellt habe ich eine ältere Marvel Legends-Figur zum Normalpreis, die man sonst nirgendwo mehr oder nur noch zu heftigen Preisen bekommen kann. Die Versandbestätigung erfolgte umgehend und die Ware kam super verpackt bei mir an. Ich freue mich wirklich sehr über den Artikel und die tolle Lieferung inkl. Goodie!!!

Zum ersten Mal bestellt. Sehr gute Emailkommunikation, sehr schneller und sicherer Versand. Tolle Ware, die anderswo nur sehr viel teurer oder gar nicht zu bekommen ist.

Ein hervorragender Händler. Mein Händler meines Vertrauens. Ich bestelle nur bei ihm. Ich kann ihn nur empfehlen.

I'm in shock! Plain and simple. My first (and absolutely last) experience with this company started when I ordered a Mini Epics Xenomorph to be delivered in Denmark.
When I received the product - on time as ordered - the package was lacking protection (only wrapped in thin newspaper-paper), and the product was pulverised inside.
When I complained, I was told to reach out to the Danish courier for help, which is impossible, as I'm not the customer at the couriers - and both DHL (the original courier) and PostNord (the local courier) agreed with me - which I proved to the seller.
I also send tons of proof (see pictures), but nothing helped.
Today the seller finally - after weeks of fighting - accepted a refund IF I RETURNED THE PRODUCT, which will cost me €39. So paying €39 to receive €64 in refund... insane.
Long story short. This company completely lacks customer service, and is instead totally arrogant and oblivious to realities.
I would suggest all of you to stay clear of this company. Once your money is transferred, you're on your own.

I pre ordered a Living Dead Doll in September that was realized in March this year and they didn’t sent me already! I contacted them multiple times via email and they always evaded me by telling me the same: “is not their fault”.

Very bad experience.

Der Shop hat eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Figuren und ähnlichen Merchandise Artikeln. Der Versand lief bei meiner Bestellung super flott und die Ware kam in top Zustand an. Ich habe mit Überweisung bestellt und dazu einen kleinen Rabatt für den Artikel erhalten, werde definitiv in Zukunft nochmal hier bestellen.

Leider wurde ein Produkt, das vorab bezahlt wurde, nie geliefert. Eine Reaktion auf Nachfragen. Abzocke.
