Brilliant service, both in person and online

Service from the team is amazing. Initially went in to be fitted with a pair of NW1s, they were more than happy to get me fitted and measured. I ordered the jeans online a few weeks later and couldn't be any happier. Advice from the team online have been great too, especially comparing the fit between the different models (picked up a pair of NW8 stay black shortly after its release and only to their advice I was confident to order them without trying them). There aren't many quality jeans manufacturers anymore and for them to be made locally in the UK makes it even more special!

Trousers didn’t fit and the material…

Trousers didn’t fit and the material was very stiff. Was told it would soften with washing but it never did. They’re in the charity shop now .

Sorry to hear that your trouser did not come to meet your expectations, we are happy to work on a solution to adjust the fit to your requirement. In regards to the denim being stiff, raw twill takes 5-10 wears to soften, something just washing them will not do by itself. We would encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can fix this issue together.

New Trousers

Liked the pared back aesthetic and calm atmosphere . Staff were engaged and clearly explained the products and offered clear advice about the service as well as maintenance and care .

Easy to buy on the website

Easy to buy on the website; got the sizing right; very pleased with fit and cut; personal emails regarding sizing which were very helpful.

Great jeans, great people

Lily and Will have always been very helpful and welcoming when I’ve been in the shop - consulting them for ideas and their knowledge when needed. I have a few pairs of jeans and chinos from BLA now. The quality and fit is excellent - definitely the best fitting jeans I’ve had, though they do take a bit to break in!
I would absolutely recommend Blackhorse Lane.

Excellent service.

Excellent service.
Will noted my current style of jeans, and recommended a Blackhorse fit that I liked.
He made sure I was happy with the fit / size.
They have been washed and I am still happy.
