I recently ordered some display cases for my LEGO sets from Blacked Brick. Unfortunately, the first shipment was lost by the local carrier (InPost Italy).

I contacted their customer service, and I was impressed by their professionalism. Paweł and the team handled the situation immediately, communicating clearly and deciding to send a replacement at their own expense without making me wait for the carrier's long investigation.

The second parcel arrived yesterday: the packaging was impeccable, extremely secure, and the product quality is top-notch. It’s rare to find such dedicated support these days. Highly recommended for any collector!

I would give 4 and a half stars if I was able. I ordered a case for the Lego millennium falcon. From payment to delivery, I have been completely satisfied. I couldn’t find a delivery estimate on the website, but it was delivered fairly quickly, and well wrapped and protected. We haven’t assembled the case yet, and there are no instructions, but it seems pretty straight forward. I like the details. The little sign with the number of bricks and the little pegs to keep the Lego figures from sliding around.

I am very satisfied with the quality of this product and will probably order from Blacked brick again in the future.
