Despite losing the key and having to wait almost 1 hour 30 mins for them to find it, the experience wasn’t to bad. I was told to use an older car as a good will gesture because of there mistake. After them finding the key, I had an apology which was acceptable. Although it would have been nice for something a tad more. Perhaps putting some fuel in the almost empty fuel tank for me to say sorry.

I only gave 3 stars as my advisor was brilliant. I couldn’t fault Jamie at all. He found me the finance and guided us through everything, so Thankyou for that Jamie.

Some further communication throughout the branch will hopefully make this incident not happen again.

Car came on weds 16th only too find headlight passenger side not working all over you when pushing for you too sign finance then don't bother with you after that

Honestly I can’t fault them, I had someone called Jamie helping me out and nothing was to much to ask. Sorted everything out super fast for me too. once picking my car up even had a bunch of flowers in my car, would defo recommend this place!!

I received great service from this company while I was searching and applying for finance. It was very straight forward and easy. The company kept in touch but this did slow down once I’d brought the car and I had to keep hassling them for a delivery date.
