Overall a good garden centre and shopping experience with helpful staff, but buyers beware of reduced items which go through the till at full price….. Check your receipts.

I went into the restaurant at Blackbrooks Sedlescombe for breakfast, I would like to say it was lovely. The lady who took my order was very helpful and didn’t rush us. Also can I say I was served by a young lad called Connor, he delivered our food, he was very polite and very helpful and asked if we needed anything else. He was a credit to your company. Also a young lady I think she was called Tash was clearing tables and asked if everything was okay. You have some lovely staff and I hope you appreciate them.

My husband and I went to look at garden furniture and found the one!!!! Josh was very informative and knew all about the product. Was able to answer any questions we had. We did purchase a garden furniture set and Josh looked after us beautifully!!! A pleasure to purchase.

Improvement has been made

My family all met up and went to Blackbrooks for their late night but we were disappointed that the kitchen was closed for hot food apart from the steak, vegan burger and chips. Instead of a nice family dinner only one of us had the steak dinner and the children had chips - a missed opportunity and no wonder the restaurant was virtually empty.

Excellent Customer service..

I had an issue today with my loyalty card points, which was really quickly and efficiently resolved by Josh and Ethan, despite it being a busy Bank Holiday. 5* service.
They have a great range of Garden Furniture, I am really pleased with my recent purchase, and their delivery service is really good and fast!

I took my disabled mum to Blackbrooks today and we asked a lady called Jill who was based in the outdoor plants area
She was so helpful that I think she needed this review when we thanked her she replied she was just doing her job but she went over and behond helping us get items to the till pus helping me get the purchased items to my car as I had my mum in a wheelchair

Visited the garden centre today with my husband. We just wanted to say how helpful and friendly Mark and Pat were. The are really great team members to have and a real asset to your garden centre.

Popped in for a cuppa £5.50 for 2 teas and 1 teacake £3.25 ,actually teacake called fruit bread,smaller than a tea cake total £8.75
Complete rip off , no excuse for exorbitant price , shant use cafeteria again !!

Yesterday,I decided to visit this stunning Garden Centre for the second time since moving into the area recently, having purchased an awesome 6 pronged BBQ marshmallow item there on my first visit!
Having fallen in love with “Wisteria”, I was hunting around for some with only a bag of extra large marshmallows on my noisy trolley!Queue “Tom”, an awesome employee of yours who, having spotted my quizzical gaze,asked whether he was able to help met??
He was so very kind and knowledgeable,not only changing my trolley over, but also helping me to locate two wisterias and a trellis, on top of helping me get them all into the car with tips on planting them,as am not a born gardener!!
Every store should have a “Tom”!!
