Best time in Garway
Best time in Garway. The sauna was lovely, well ran. Beautiful, as was able to sit in the sauna and over look the beautiful views of the Hereforshire countryside. Have followed on insta and will deffo look to return to this site (and others), especially knowing after a cold open water swim there's a sauna to warm ya up. Amazing. Loved every minute.

What a fantastic experience! Our extremely friendly and helpfully guide Oli put us at ease straight away with a clear and simple explanation to the process of contrast therapy if you've not tried anything like this before.
To be honest I've not got a problem with a little wild swimming but the idea of a sauna has never appealed to me! However the build quality and standard of these real wood fired units are amazing. The experience is totally different from squeezing into wardrobe sized electric toaster like I'd had before!
We all left feeling v.relaxed but also invigorated.

What a treat.
What a treat.
So nicely presented out side on Astro turf, dipping bowl for feet, shower, and a lovely bucket of towels, high end craft man ship through out and a stunning stove in side.
Plenty of room with two levels and lovely big windows letting in the light and stunning views.
