No dia 01.09 realizei 02 operações de venda com o mini contrato do ativo Russell (RTYU6) atingindo o alvo da minha estratégia. Na conta de Challenge, performei com 02 minis e fiz 24 pontos, ou seja, $1.2k. Já na Funded, também com 2 minis, fiz 9 pontos, ou seja, $450. Para minha surpresa em ambos registros no relatório de perfomance os valores computados foram $120 e $45. Momentos mais tardes veio a correção nesse relatório, porém na boleta e no saldo da minha conta na Ylos Trading ainda consta o erro. Com isso não consegui passar na avaliação ainda e meu drawdownfoi prejudicado. Fico em média 2 horas em cada abertura de suporte e a resposta é que está sendo apurado. Para quem vive disso, 2 semanas é bastante tempo, representa muita perda. Enfim, estou frustrada. Enviei prints, reconheceram o erro, mas não devolveram o meu saldo.

The most important part of a trade is…
The most important part of a trade is putting Stop loss and taking Profit but the dragging option is very bad, if it hit Stop loss first we have to delete the taking Profit option, otherwise it will automatically take position at the taking Profit point, and if no takes attention it will breach the account after maximum loss.

Brilliant software
Brilliant software, especially for Futures. Must have.
I will recommend to any one who is serious about their trading to this platform. This is amazing platform and value.
Just 3 recommendations and would hope you will take this into consideration in the near future:
Synchronization of the crosshair: It will be great if the cross hair could be synchronised (showing on more than one chart at the same time) when having more than one chart open. At the moment I don't believe this functionality is available.
Synchronization of the Time link with multiple timeframes: The synchronisation of the time link using more than one chart is a great tool, however it is limited by only doing this with one timeframe at a time. For example, when two or more charts are open using the hourly Timeframe and the time link is active, the program does not allow you to choose a different timeframe on the other charts that are open. Is it possible to make this available so that more than one timeframe is available for choosing while the time link is active? Example, having hourly timeframe open on one chart and 15-minute open on the other chart and the time link is synchronised.
The order lines (such as limit and stop order as well as the bracket orders) are great! However, is it possible to adjust the length of the order lines? For me it is too short. having the option to adjust it, would be great.

Warning Stop losses and Take profits are in the pro version
The most egregious part about this software is that a basic function of putting stop losses and take profit targets with trade entries is locked behind the pro version. I dont even know why the5ers even sell non pro accounts if this basic functionality is not even included. Imagine buying a car and they told you the breaks and accelerator are not included.
The Mac version of the app is highly unstable, but Windows is fine.
I have to contact the prop firm why this basic feature was not included and hopefully they add the functionality into the account.

I love Black Arrow!
I love black arrow. I use special charting software for my trade ideas, but their charts are still pretty good. What I really love about it is the speed of trading that is so important. Getting in and out of trades. Setting stops and profit targets just from a click and a drag of your position. And so much more. It’s really nice platform if you are a trader that likes to get in and out, hitting price targets exactly when and where you want them. I love it. I have been using for almost a year now for reference.

no le doy menos porque no puedo es una pesima plataforma no entiendo como the5ers siendo tan buena empresa tenga tan mala plataforma para tradear sus cuentas.... llevo 3 dias esribiendo al soporte de whatsapp y no contestan porque su grafico no concuerda con TW con la data de CME hay velas que no existen mechazos que no existen y a la apertura de NY aparecen las velas es desaface de hora y no es por mi hora porque ya configuere...

It's okay overall
It's okay overall. Maybe I'm just used to other apps, so my expectations aren't that high. I mostly trade on my phone, and I just need simple, easy-to-use trading functions. I can simply drag a line on the chart to place a position, and it calculates my risk directly on the chart, so I'm okay with it.

What made my experience five star. Is the customization of the platform from the appearance to language, risk management, it also directly connects to discord and WhatsApp right on the platform so I don’t have to open different windows. The graphics are so sharp.

Platform issue caused my account…
Platform issue caused my account breach, and support hasn’t taken it seriously
My experience with BlackArrow has been extremely disappointing.
A high-lot trade appeared on my account without my authorization, which ultimately led to my account being breached. As the account owner, I should have full control over every order placed. A trading platform should never allow unexplained trades to appear, especially when they can result in account termination.
I immediately contacted support and provided all the details, but I feel my concerns have not been taken seriously. This issue has cost me valuable time, money, and trust.
This isn’t just about losing an account—it’s about platform reliability. Traders invest both financially and emotionally into these challenges, and unexpected platform behavior can have serious consequences.
I hope BlackArrow thoroughly investigates cases like mine, improves platform stability, and provides fair resolutions when genuine technical issues are reported.

I've been using BlackArrow for a few…
I've been using BlackArrow for a few month, and it's been great to see how much the platform has improved.
One thing I really like is how responsive the charts and price updates feel. In my experience, BlackArrow feels noticeably faster than TradingView, which makes a big difference for scalping.
The support team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or encountered issues.
There are still a few small areas that could be improved, such as order execution behavior (for example, how take-profit orders are handled), but overall my experience has been very positive.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform continues to develop, and I plan to keep trading with it.

I mostly use MT5 and so far try this platform and it might be on my case only that I could not catch on how to enter the buy and sell and set the SL or TP easily, hence until now for 2 weeks already I still not know how to use the platform to trade. If it is a new platform why not make it not only professional but also user-friendly and easy to use.

New day trader
Like the platform and how it is easy to set up stops and limits. The videos on how to set it up are very nice. Been trading it for about 2 weeks. The only negatives I have is I can not trade some stocks that are not main stream stocks and I get messages in Spanish sometimes. I have not had any freezing or other trading problems others have had. Every time I put in a ticket on discord I get a response and the problem is fixed or they have an answer for me. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because of not being able to trade all stocks and the messages in Spanish. Other than that I think it is a great platform.

Not letting me close trades, errors not resolved and profits were not added even though I have screenshots, messages in Portuguese
I participated in a tournament, but somehow, the platform did not allow me to close out on a short position, I was up $10k but because of consecutive errors, I could not close out on that position and I was in red $6000 after a rally back up in NQ.
I contacted support, and also issued a ticket in the Discord chat, to which they replied they will fix it, but they essentially did not. I even had screenshots of messages telling them live-time that I wanted to close the short position, the specific price where I wanted to buy and take profit in NQ. But no, support just ignored my requests, did not fix the error, and declared other winners in the trading competition, not me. I would have been in the top 3 otherwise.
To make matters worse, they closed the ticket saying they solved the problem without asking me.
To boot, the Trademakers platform was very confusing because messages were in Brazilian portuguese or something, which took time for me to interpret and understand as I am not a Portuguese speaker.
All in all, very bad experience, and I will unfortunately never use it again. I hope others don't have to go through the same sht that I experienced and go with other trading prop firms,
