Hi Celien, sorry dat je dit zo ervaart! Je dient je retour inderdaad zelf op te sturen. Wij betalen de verzendkosten van de items indien je besteld, wat al een erg hoge kost is. Dit doen we omdat we vinden dat dit hoort bij een goede service én omdat we overtuigd zijn van onze producten. Het betalen van de retourkosten is echter niet mogelijk, aangezien we dan een dubbele verzendkost zouden moeten betalen terwijl er niets aangekocht is. Onze oprechte excuses hiervoor! Het duurt gemiddeld een week alvorens we je retour ontvangen én terugzien in het systeem. Van zodra dit het geval is, voeren we meteen de nodige handelingen uit om je terug te betalen. Bij vragen kan je steeds bij ons terecht via support@blackandgoldofficial.com. -Team Black and Gold

Accidentally ordered the wrong size
Accidentally ordered the wrong size, immediately contacted me that same moment and 2 days later I only received an answer that they can't do anything more. Now I have to return this item! The item cost $44.95 and I only get $37.15 back because the others were $7.80 tax. Also I have to pay another €7 to return this item because they don't make a paying return label.
Sorry but everyone can make a mistake once in a while and then it's up to that company to solve it as best as possible and not to cost that person! I ordered 1 item here and it will stay with that number too!

Our policy is to have your package delivered to your home within two days, which means that your package will be sent immediately after ordering and therefore it is indeed not possible to adjust the size if you have indicated the wrong one. Sorry about this. When we receive your return, you will be refunded the entire amount of your item (including VAT).
