Customer service was great

Customer service was great. I had emailed them due to the fact that we ordered the pants and it still was not shipped about a week later. They checked into it and it was shipped almost immediately. It took a little longer then expected but just in time for my sons first hockey game! Along in the package was a thank you and sorry written on the package slip. Not many places do that. My son loves the pants and we can’t wait to try them out in his first game on 9/29/24.

Was at the MRM golf outing at Crystal Springs in NJ. At the 1/2 way house they were selling hockey jerseys for T2T

20 Year Customer

Been wearing bb pants for 20 years. I finally gave in and replaced my oldest pair this week. I received a pair that fits perfectly. I was a little concerned because they're so light... My old pair you could have probably thrown through a car windshield they were so heavy! No issues though so far with the new construction. Still the best in the biz.

The original pants I ordered were the wrong size, so I was able to call and speak with someone directly about getting a different size sent as well as a return label that I could print out and put in the mail that day. Super customer service!

Great experience!

Great experience. I needed these hockey pants for a birthday gift for my grandson. I only had five days for them to arrive and they arrived the day before the birthday! You kept me up to date on the delivery time and when it was delivered. Great job! I will be ordering from you again if this family of three boys who play hockey requests something from you! Thank you!
