Used Bitiba many times
I have used Bitiba many times for cat food. Usually the order is dispatched and delivered very quickly. The most recent took about five days from ordering to receiving, which is longer than usual but OK.
Their prices are mostly reasonable if you order enough for free shipping, but they are not always the cheapest.

Time wasters, would rather pay more for less "scammy" website.
Was skeptical. Tried buying some cat food from them, but they don't allow it unless you sign up to recieving loads of marketing crap from them. They pretend you can, but, final order button always fails and says you need an account .. just massive time wasters.

Easiest way to get pet food…
I've used Bitiba in the past to order the food for our previous dog; when she passed away Bitiba were so sympathetic and understood my situation. I knew we would eventually have another dog so asked if they could just suspend my account temporarily, which they did - no hassle, no faffing about. And now we do have another pup, I simply resumed ordering from them. Simple as that. The dog food is delivered to my door, so no lugging loads of heavy cans from the shops! The selection of their products is so vast, they dont just do dog supplies, so you're bound to find the ideal thing for your fur babies.

Wonderful service every time
My daughter had an assistance dog who is intolerant to chicken in any form so this food had been a godsend.
With this company's subscription service I am able to get food for a really good price and in a good time scale without worry. Evri delivers the parcel as per my instructions so as not to cause my daughter seizures every time so I am grateful for this too

We've used Bitiba for several years now and always been very pleased with their excellent service and good communication - so 5 stars for that and thank you. However, the same cannot be said for their delivery company, Evri - often very poor, as others have said here. So only 1 star for them, and unfortunately their sloppy service can reflect on the overall experience with Bitiba. Maybe a change of courier needed?
