I will be forever grateful for this!
This was absolutely insane! I have been on the program for 3 months and it has changed my relationship with food, my routines and I am still blown away. I worked with Emily, one of the coaches and she was so kind and approachable and held me accountable everyday without judging me and helping me push forward.
I had 3 meal plans and 2 workout plans that sculpted me! First few weeks I couldn't eat anymore because I was sooo full but I was in a calorie deficit!
I also had concerns about cancelling but just talk to your coach about it, Emily took care of that for me with no problems!
I gained back my confidence, better cooking skills and insane progress in the gym that I will continue to build on.
I would highly recommend this as it's not a 3-month fast weight loss program but it educates you to be kinder to yourself by learning what your body needs. <3

Be very careful with this program
As in another opinion, I signed up without being sent the conditions and when I unsubscribed in January, I wrote to payments to unsubscribe and they told me that I would have to pay two extra months, that my last payment would be on January 1 March. I accepted it because it was my fault to sign a commitment without the conditions having been sent to me. We are in June and they continue to charge me the monthly payment every month. I have written to all possible emails and have not received any response. I have spoken to my bank and have filed a dispute with them for each month charged but it can take up to 6 months to be resolved. Be careful because signing up is very easy but unsubscribing is extremely difficult and the customer service is the worst. I just want them to stop charging me, unsubscribe and return the €555 that they stole from me
The perfect coach for me
After years of struggling with yo yo dieting, I decided to take the plunge and join Liz at Bite Back. I was hesitant at first but after 14 weeks, I am finally at a place where I have found balance with food, I’m down 9lbs and I have never progressed so much in the gym. I am very grateful for Liz and I’m excited to see what I can achieve together in the future. If you are debating joining, take the leap. You won’t regret it
Tailored, sustainable programs and an amazing coach
I found Liz in my Instagram back in fall of 2023 and having never had a coach of any sort before, took the plunge to get my health back on track. She has been nothing short of amazing in putting together tailored, thoughtful workout and meal plans, and working with her has led to tangible and sustainable results! I fully recommend her program, which comes with an app, check ins, lessons, etc. She is so supportive and she offers such great feedback to keep me encouraged and accountable. I am so happy I found her and cannot wait to work with her for a long, long time!

I honestly don’t know where to start. My coaching experience has been nothing short of FANTASTIC!
I signed up to Bite Back in November 2023, after it was recommended by a friend, with a goal in mind of being a bit less chunky and a bit more toned for my wedding in June this year.
This whole coaching experience has far exceeded any expectations I had. I had always been very sceptical of online coaches because ‘how well could they really help me when they don’t know me and can’t see me’ but Liz has completely squashed any worries I had about it. The initial phone call was Lizzy getting to know a bit about me, my background and my aims/goals to make sure that her coaching would be the right fit for me. Once all the ‘admin’ was sorted I had my new workout plan and food plan within the week and it is so so easy to follow- I’ve been given new workout and food plans through my coaching and if I have ever needed adjustments e.g no push ups because I simply cannot do them, they are made quickly and I can send form videos to Lizzy anytime to check how I’m doing.
I just can’t sing Lizzy’s praises enough. She is my cheerleader and genuinely cares about how I’m getting on with everything. She encourages , she doesn’t push, and simply enjoys helping her clients work on the best version of themselves. Liz is very responsive to messages and lets you know well in advance if she is going to be unavailable for any reason.
Check ins are weekly and are easy to follow. I personally do progress photos, measurements and weigh myself but I know that you do not have to do all of these things for a check in- it really is tailored to you and your needs.
I tell everyone who will listen about Liz and will continue to do because she has not only helped with my physical fitness but also my mental wellbeing. The way I talk to myself, think about food and the education she has given me is second to none. She is kind and caring and I know that her other coaches are too from interactions I have had with them through our ‘January challenge’.

Amazing coach - really does make a difference
I cannot recommend Liz Bites Back Coaching enough. Liz listens to what you want, need and struggle with and everything is personalised to you.
I have struggled with my relationship with food for years, but Liz has managed to educate me in what my body needs. I have gone from restricting and never cooking, to looking forward to making a range of nutritional and delicious food. I have been given clear workout plans that have given me a purpose in the gym, and my confidence has increased hugely as a result.
I feel like Liz genuinely cares about her clients and she is always very responsive to messages, whether it’s to celebrate the wins or motivate you when you’re down. Her coaching has made a massive difference to me and my progress.

I initially put a story on my social media, asking for peoples recommendations about an online coach, and Liz replied suggesting herself. I am not Liz’s target demographic as first I am a PT myself and secondly male. in our consultation call, I asked her if that would bother her and she confidently replied that it wouldn’t be, and it wasn’t!
I worked with her for two months before a holiday, and I found that she was extremely honest when she needed to be and wasn’t afraid to tell me I needed to up my game when I did.
I really liked the nutritional options and the app workouts. The timer in particular kept me honest with how long I was having as breaks.

Liz was hands down the best coach I could have ever asked for and would highly recommend her if anybody wants to begin their fitness journey. She felt not just like my coach, but also my best supporter, rooting for me on days that were that little bit harder and where I needed the extra push.
Thanks to Liz, I now know how to eat mindfully and that a 'diet' doesn't mean restriction, it's about balance and still enjoying your favourite foods but just in moderation or adding things to it (such as veg or extra protein) to fuel you.

My coach was Zoe who was amazing. She was so helpful when it came to everything. Never once did I feel judge when I had a bad week and every check in was just so positive that it made me continue to carry on my journey.

I’ve really been enjoying my time so far with the Liz in the Bite Back app! She is such a great coach and really takes into account that you still can live your life, in a more balanced way. The exercises and meal plans are great, but even if it happens that there is a exercise or a meal that isn’t the best for you it’s swapped out for something else, so nice with this level of flexibility! Simply the best!
Working with Liz and the Bites Back Team has given me a new sense of confidence that I’ve never had before.
They say that going to the gym is for building muscle but I honestly feel like I’ve built myself in areas of myself and my character.
I think something I’ve also enjoyed is that the meal plans are not restrictive! This is big for me.
As someone with two kids, a full time job and a social life - it’s important that I can eat out whilst sticking to the plan. The bites back team have done that for me!
They are always just a message away so if you have questions, contacting them is not an issue.
Their social media’s are actually really helpful too. I’ve found Liz’s page great for recipes and tips on how to get creative with your food.
Can’t wait to see what else the bites back team does this year!

I started working with Liz when I realised my relationship with food and fitness was becoming really obsessive and making me unhappy in general. I was terrified of committing to making a change but Liz guided me through my whole journey, encouraging me to push myself out of my comfort zone and constantly reminding me what I was doing this for. I have now reached a point I never thought I would and have found balance between living my life and enjoying health and fitness at the same time! I have been receiving coaching from Liz for over 6 months now and it is honestly one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. I had tried online coaching with someone else in the past but it was a negative experience that involved restrictive diets and a workout plan that never changed to match my goals. My experience with Liz could not be farther from that and I am so glad I found her and her team! The meal plan is tailored to include foods I love eating (even chocolate!) and has vastly improved my relationship with food. My workout plan is tailored to my goals and changes are made to the plan as per my request or to target any areas that Liz determines we need to work on. I have a hectic work schedule and am often on the road with no access to a proper gym and Liz has been so helpful in creating additional plans for me that can done with minimal equipment when I don’t have access to my regular gym which allows me to keep working toward my goals when I’m away. She is truly such a kind and caring person and I genuinely feel valued as a client. She has been so supportive and motivating and despite all the ups and downs that come with a fitness journey, she is the reason I keep going! Couldn’t thank her enough!
