Liz has made me feel my best

Liz has made me feel my best, most confident self by making small changes to my diet and giving me a (totally achievable) dynamic strength training programme. Her constant reassurance, support and guidance has been so important to me throughout the last year of working together! And she doesn’t make me do squats and encourages me to eat burgers, which is the biggest win!!!

Georgia x Zoe review

I don’t feel restricted at all. I’m not really a fan of your typically healthy food, but this plan has showed me I can still enjoy the food I love by making simple swaps.
The workouts are super easy to fit into my week despite working a corporate 9-5 job in London all week.
Zoe explains each phase throughly to me - nothing is done without purpose.
It’s changed my lifestyle and mindset towards fitness and food, which makes me feel confident going forward that this is now just part of my life as opposed to a temporary fix. I feel so much more energised and healthy.

Liz has majorly helped be during a hard…

Liz has majorly helped be during a hard time to really focus on the gym and nutrition. Starting with bite back coaching has given me confidence both mentally and physically! In only 5 weeks, I’ve developed amazing habits and discipline within the gym and eating healthy. I’ve seen such a change in my appearance and how I feel day to day. I am so glad I chose to do coaching with Liz! I feel like it has been life changing all ready and it is only the start. I’ve found such a love for the gym and I can’t wait to see how my progress keeps going in the next few months!

Fabulous experience

Liz is so great with her check ins, they’re frequent and you can tell she really cares about you and your progress! Whenever I’ve needed advice or support outside of the check ins Liz has been there to help also which has been really nice. The food is also absolutely incredible and doesn’t feel like ‘dieting’ at all

Emily is Brilliant!

Emily has been amazing for me venturing into the gym! She has helped me so much with what exercises I should be doing, how to use all the machines I need and has been amazing on nutrition guidance! Can’t recommend her enough in starting your fitness journey!

Change Your Life with Coaching!

Working with Zoe has completely changed my life. I'm happy with how my body looks aesthetically, but absolutely thrilled with the improvements in my strength, posture, cardio ability, and the chronic pain I was experiencing before starting the program.

I worked with Zoe for 2.5 years and in that time I started a new job, went on two international vacations, sold my home and moved across the country, and now I'm moving to the other side of the world this week. She has made fitness and healthy eating a non-negotiable part of my life that I can continue through literally *any* life changes.

I loved that she worked with my dietary issues, schedule, and workout preferences to ensure this was a complete lifestyle change - not just a temporary fix. Zoe's coaching style is the perfect balance of expecting accountability and also showing up with understanding and compassion when other things need to take precedence. I would recommend her (and have) to absolutely anyone looking to make a change for all of the right reasons!

Coaching with Emily

Working with Emily gave me a new level of confidence in the gym - finding out what I’m capable of when I put my mind to it! Check-ins were always thorough and I enjoyed looking to the week ahead together to make sure I was on track. Emily is very knowledgeable and has an infectious mindset when it comes to being your happiest and healthiest! Encouraging, responsive and great results

I have had a great experience with Liz’s coaching & programme. Liz has been extremely responsive and always encouraging, without any pressure. The programme has helped me stay focus and reach goals I have struggled achieving, and overall implement better habits in my day to day life.

10/10 !! Zoe is amazing.

Zoe was amazing! So kind and always encouraging! She always made easy, attainable goals that helped me loose weight and get in shape! The app was easy to use and all of the recipes were so delicious and never left me feeling hungry.

I had the best experience with bite…

I had the best experience with bite back coaching. I was blessed to be coached by the wonderful Zoe! When I started coaching I didn’t have the best relationship with exercise and food and I wanted to change that and Zoe did exactly that. I was so worried that upping my calories and reducing my cardio would result in me becoming fatter and it did the exact opposite. I become much leaner, I had more definition and I was eating more! I wouldn’t have been able to do that without Zoe’s support, she made me feel at ease with every single struggle I was facing and with that I built trust and with that trust I got the results I wanted. Zoe never made me feel I wasn’t capable of achieving my goals and taught me that eating the odd sweet treat isn’t going to effect my body in the way I thought it would and I can still get the result I wanted whilst eating all the yummy foods I still wanted to enjoy. Not only did I achieve my physique goals, the constant support with Zoe around my nutrition and my mental block against eating certain foods/ amounts of foods after just over 2 1/2 years I got my period back!
I will forever be grateful for my journey with Zoe and I couldn’t recommend more!

Emily is a fab coach, she was knowledgeable and very helpful. I just done the nutrition plan but Emily was more than happy to help with all things fitness! Emily helped me feel more comfortable before my holiday!

When I started working with bites back…

When I started working with bites back coaching I wasn’t sure it was going to have that much of an impact however I found the process really easy to engage with and I didn’t feel like I had to sacrifice anything. Just track food accurately. Loved the meal ideas and the direction in the gym was helpful. Thank you so much for all your help.

Bite Back with Tia

I have just finished a 3 month run working with Tia! My experience with her has been amazing. She is very sweet and has helped change my mindset on workouts, movement, and nutrition. The meals from Bite Back recipes were delicious and fun to try. The workouts were simple but effective. For me, my long term goal was to lose weight and tone up, but in a slow and steady pace in order to keep changing my overall lifestyle. I have chosen to take a “break” for the summer to focus on my young kids and relax a little, but I have all intentions of getting back at it when they return to school. I highly recommend Tia and the Bite Back coaching team!

Love my journey with Tia

I have been working with Tia for a few months now and have noticed sustainable changes in the way I look, navigate eating and my activity. I was never extremely overweight but I’ve always started a cleanse, crash diet, or too low of a deficit and then boomeranged back to my original weight after a couple months. This program has been so helpful and so sustainable for my weight loss and also my relationship with food! Highly recommend for anyone who feels stuck or needs some structure with a busy life.

Sustainable results

The app works great and is super easy to use + the recipes to try are yummy and fairly easy for beginner cooks like myself. I never knew eating healthy could be so variee and tasty! No diet here, Liz helped me realize the world won't end if I have chocolate sometimes + her mindset of "what can I add to this meal to make it more nutritious?" instead of the usual "what can I remove from this meal to eat less calories?" is a life-changing approach not even kidding. My coach is also super available and responds quickly and listens to any concerns I have + makes the adjustments I need. I have a chronic illness that affects my everyday life, including working out, and I've never felt any judgment or annoyance on my coach's part because of that. Ladt but not least, I've been training with Liz for four months now and the results have been MINDBLOWING!!!! My energy levels are much higher, I'm so much stronger and I look fitter than I ever have and often get compliments on my muscles lol! My confidence in my body (both its abilities and its looks) is higher than ever also!!!

Incredible beyond words!!

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible Emily was as a coach. She went above and beyond to make sure I was supported, empowered and had everything I needed to achieve my goals. She worked so closely with me, making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. She was a cheerleader not only for my physical growth but for my mental growth as well. I cannot thank her and the bits back team enough for everything they have done for me. If you’re thinking about starting - DO IT! Trust me it is so worth it and your life will change for the better.
