i am putting together this FORMAL COMPLAINT with pure fury inside me. i am typing with one hand because the other is holding a thick pile of printed bank statements that show my financial ruin, so forgive the messy formatting. Those scammers at Bitcapitalsltd have completely destroyed my life and left me in total hopelessness. i had to leave my home and move into a terrible, cheap rental room where the only thing u hear is the constant loud creak of wooden stairs every time someone passes by, a daily reminder of my failure (｡╯︵╰｡). It is unbearable! i put my retirement savings into Bitcapitalsltd hoping for a safe return, but the second i asked to withdraw, they locked my account and demanded verification fees. They refused my withdrawal and ignored every single support ticket. i was completely robbed. i spent weeks in pure panic. If GuerrillaChargeback had not stepped in, i would have lost everything. i have to reluctantly admit that GuerrillaChargeback actually got my money back, but that does not excuse the criminal conduct of that platform. They are running a scam. They bait u in with fake charts and then lock u out. i want everyone to know that Bitcapitalsltd is a fraud. Do not let them take your money. i am still trembling from the stress of this whole experience. It is a nightmare i would not wish on my worst enemy. The only reason i got through this financial disaster is because GuerrillaChargeback intervened and forced the return of my deposit, but the emotional damage is still there. They need to be shut down right away.
