Overall, good product and service. Very nice bike rack that was a reasonable price and arrived when it was promised. Came with fixing bolts that were good (usually supplied fixings are rubbish!) and the rack has a good finish on it. Very pleased !

Ordered my black Ramos 600 after a week I had not heard anything re fitting so I contacted Bison and spoke to them sorry do not remember all the names but the man I spoke to was totally honest with me and said for some reason it had passed him by and nothing had been planned to date but he did say that annoyingly he had a engineer in the Area today and he would contact him to see one if he had a bollard on his Van and secondly if he could possibly come by to me !
After a short time the engineer came back to me and confirmed he had a bollard and he could be out to me within the hour which he did by now it was getting later in the day on his arrival he got straight on with the job although he was losing light and I found out he had been out since 5.30 am he completed the job all great and satisfactory.
Everything was done to a great standard the bollard is great, but what I appreciated more than anything was the honesty and the willingness to put it right and the commitment. Thank you and well done !!

Free Fast delivery, seems good product

I ordered two items. You only sent me one and when I informed your company of this they then told me that my item was out of stock and that there would be 7 to 10 days before the next delivery. Not good enough. My item is simple enough to make so why do I have to wait this long. Very poor customer service

Getting asked how your product is when it hasn’t even turned up and tracking number doesn’t work with courier , and lied to on phone Thursday and Friday that it was coming isn’t good business!!!edit item was lost by courier which was no fault of company , new item sent out and very pleased with it 👍

Very happy with the job felt sorry for the lad fitting it the drive was built by the ncb and they had left some big boulders underneath but he cracked on and got it done

Very happy with the purchase and installation. Order one on Sunday and got it installed on Thursday, very solid company.

On time, good information the gentleman who put it in was very professional unhelpful. tied it up. Installation wasn't very well done.
