It was very good experience with my hotel and transportation (Land package).Sister Fatima is great and very helpful. She has a knowledge about hotel distance and traveling time.
All drivers who pick us up from hotel and Airport were on time. They were coordinated by Faruk bhai (in Saudi Arabia).Sister Fatima communicates with me and replies all my questions very Fast and professionally , even she was in touch with us during my trip.

They are very honest about all their services and their pricing. My agent, Fatima, always answered my questions immediately. Even if she was not online, someone always responded to my questions immediately. I am definitely going to use them again and I strongly recommend them.

They went far beyond what any travel agent is expected to do
Our family had the honor of performing Umrah in January 2026, and we entrusted Bismillah Tours to organize everything. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They gave us multiple package options, clearly explained every detail, and helped us choose what worked best for our family.
I especially want to recognize Brother Ali.
My parents are senior citizens and traveled on their own. They’re not very tech-savvy and needed extra care and guidance throughout the journey. Brother Ali went far beyond what any travel agent is expected to do. He supported them like a true family member. His communication, responsiveness, and genuine concern gave us complete peace of mind.
During the trip, both of my parents unfortunately became seriously ill in Madinah and had to be hospitalized. They ended up overstaying for seven additional days beyond the original plan. In that stressful time, Brother Ali stepped in and helped us manage the extended stay arrangements smoothly. He personally checked in with us every single day to make sure my parents were okay and to see if we needed anything.
This level of care is not something you can put a price on. It wasn’t just customer service — it felt like family support.
We are overwhelmingly grateful to Bismillah Tours and especially to Brother Ali for the compassion and professionalism they showed us. My parents even prayed for him during their Umrah, which says everything about the impact he had on our family.
Without hesitation, we will choose Bismillah Tours again for any future trips. They have earned our lifelong trust and positive word of mouth.

We were planning to go to Umrah but with the escalation of violence we end up not traveling. During our inquiry and planning process, Hamza was very responsive and always able to answer questions and provide us reasonable quotes. Hope we will plan the travel and we will come back to Him.
