The umrah trip with Haja Hawah Kebbay coordinator was one of interesting experiences Alhamdulillah. The activities that we were involved in went on smoothly Alhamdulillah and the package provided by Bismillahtours was reasonably and fair Alhamdulillah

The Umrah package was very affordable. The organizer, Haja Hawa was very helpful to everyone. The transportation tour from Jeddan to Mecca was comfortable. The bus was spacious. Also, we had a big bus for Mecca to Madina, that accommodat all our luggage. Umrah package includes a tour/visit to memorial places like Rawura, visitng the Prophet's grave, Masjid Quba, Mount Oudth, and some Masjid in Madina. I also had the opportunity of touring the hajj sites in Mecca. Touring around Minah, Musdalifer, Jamarat and Arafat.

I’m so incredibly grateful to Bismillah Tours. Faheem and his team really put in the extra effort for a smooth umrah experience, and also getting my family tickets to Pakistan. For Umrah our hotel was right next to masjid al haram (literally across the street), and when in Madina once again we were walking distance. It’s such a blessing to have hotels in such close proximity so that you can focus on doing ibadah. Throughout this time an agent was in touch with me from Bismillah Tours to make sure that everything was okay and to our liking. We had great transportation to and from places. Assalamualeykum, I recently went with bismillah tours after seeing them on the internet. I simply messaged them on WhatsApp not expecting much, but god willing they were fantastic. Fatima helped book me a tailored trip and allowed me to customize everything. Not only that, but also checked on me periodically during my trip to make sure everything went well, was going well. They didn’t overcharge, and had a fair price. I stayed in the clock tower and the Pullman zamzam in Medina I went alone during my trip, but inshallah I will choose them again when I take my family later next year.
