If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered a watch for my husband before Christmas, and afterward something in my gut told me this company was off. I checked the reviews and saw all the issues others were having. No email responses. Nobody answering the phone, but leave a message. Called my credit card and filed a dispute. Got my money back in full. Lesson learned. I will always review before ordering something like this again!

Ordered a watch for my husband early December. Got an email saying my package arrived and it didn't. Tried calling customer service and emailing them and everytime I get an automated email saying my order is being reviewed by support staff... I've ordered other things from this website and have gotten all of them but this one. What a rip off!!! I give them negative stars!

Same experience, I have been charged for item that was ordered in November, I have received no information, no call back, and no response to my emails. I am really disappointed in companies that take advantage of emotions of customers. These gifts are very thoughtful and people ordering these view these as very special. I am currently trying to track the business owner or what state the business is registered in to work on other contacts for a refund. Their address is Hayward, CA, but have not been able to find the registration. I will go as far as I can to report them everywhere, Secretary of State, IRS, etc. due to the how they operating, and the many people they have taken advantage of.

Same as other people...I bought a watch end of November for my husband now January 4th 2019...I have been sending them emails (about 6 of them) to know where my order is now...they never got back to me...called them 3 times...WEIRD THAT YOU CANT TALK TO SOMEONE..and that you have to leave a message....be careful...really not impressed

If I cld give a no star review I wld I ordered a photo watch in Dec 2017 it's now Jan 2019 never received it sent over 20 -mails to them got a few replies from someone called jake first 1 said the watch had been sent out but I cld'nt track it as it wld'nt let me when it didn't arrive I sent him another e-mail to whicjph he replied and said they were waiting for me to sent the image I wanted printed on the watch which I had done when I placed the order so it was sent out then they needed the image really!!!!! I then sent more e-mails to which I got replies of it was being processed then it was please be patient ur package will be with you in a few days then it was a few wks then despite umteen more e-mails nothing no watch and nothing more from them and now over a yr later still not got it I didn't read any reviews about them or I certainly wld'nt have ordered from them I gave them numerous chances to rectify the situation but they didn't the people that say they got their orders must have been really lucky and to the people that say give them a chance well I gave them chance after chance to sort it either send the watch out or refund my money to which they did neither so people please beware of them as I truly believe they r a scam company

I would give this company no stars. It is a SCAM. I ordered the watch for my husband for Christmas in early November. It's 6 days before Christmas and still not here. What 7-10 day delivery? Several emails and no response.
This company better believe what goes around comes around!

I ordered a watch in early November for a Christmas present. I never heard anything about a ship date after numerous attempts to call ( which is a joke) you can only leave a message and no one returns call, and several emails to which I never had a reply. Finally, on December 4th via text I received a supposed tracking number. It is now December 19tg and when trying to track it still says no shipment found. They were very quick to take my money right after I placed my order. There is absolutely NO customer service. Now without a gift for my dad

Dont buy ! Its a scam ! They took my money, and never send the watch! shipment number is imposible to track down, beacuse is not existent. They dont answer the mails properly, or take the phone.
Share it in facebook, everywhere. I dont have a christmast present for my husbund now....f... you !!!

I ordered 5 necklaces and a watch months ago. I received the necklaces but not the watch. No response to any emails I send. I will continue to contact them. I am also contacting the BBB.

I ordered personalized watch on 20th Nov, till date did not receive the watch and also No refund in-spite of continuous followup. Tracking number says no item found.
Writing emails to support and get only automated emails.
Do not trust this.

I ordered a watch for my son on Nov 4th for his birthday it just arrived on time his bday is after Christmas. I just received my watch. It came nicely wrapped and the watch is BEAUTIFUL!! I’m speechless I’m sure my son will love it too. I will continue order from Birthstone Deals, thank you!! NOT A SCAM

I placed an order about a 2 month ago. They said the estimated shipping time was 7 business days. They said my package was shipped and on its wat to my door. Unfortunately the tracking number they gave me was fake and there was no shipping record of them ever sending my package out. I have emailed them so many times asking for an update. But this is without any success. I feel very strongly that THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. Please do not order anything from them. I'm out $80 and now have to find something else to purchase for a Christmas gift.

Same as other reviewers on here.... didn't send my item, got a fake tracking number, about to call credit card company to report that it was a scam.

Terrible customer service. I think there are probably other companies out there really selling these watches, but this one seems to be fake.

TOTAL RIP OFF, the product is crap, misspelled words cant read anyth9ing and its total junk. Service is non existent and someone should shut this CHINESE POS COMPANY DOWN.

This place took our money and never processed our order. We would call, email both email addresses on their site and Facebook message them to get no reply for weeks. I turned them into the BBB and Facebook for fraud.

I ordered a watch for my husband on November 2, 2018. 5 to 10 business days delivery. It is 11-25-2018. Still no watch sent a complaint on 11-21 no response. My card was charged immediately!
DO NOT ORDER. It is a rip off!!!!!!

I left the following review last night and heaven behold my wifes watch arrived this morning! I have to actually say that the watch is really good and arrived with neat packaging etc. No complaints on product but took its damn time and actually was shipped from china if that makes a difference on processing? I am relieved it actually wasnt a scam. I ordered on 3rd oct so before a lot of you guys who have left reviews. So maybe dont give up just yet. I will leave my first review here anyway. Hope this helps...... Ok looking at these reviews has confirmed to me now that this company is a bloody joke! I live in Australia and am a patient guy. Ordered my wife a watch on the 3rd Oct and after a few weeks recieved an email saying sorry for delay, thank you for your patience its now on its way etc but now a month on from this i had doubts and now im sure i got scammed like everybody else here. They cant get away with this surely?! And facebook should realise this and remove the ads that im still seeing everyday.

Like everybody else, I’m also still waiting for my order.. and obviously I won’t get it, because it’s a scam! I placed an order at the end of October and did not get back even one single mail about it..when it will be dispacthed, etc. I’ve wrote them several mails but didn’t get back one reply.
I’ll place a complaint to FBI’s internet complaint center (IC3), because I see I’m not the only one that got ripped off.
And for all future potential buyers..PLEASE DON’T ORDER ANYTHING, BECAUSE IT’S A SCAM!
