Birchwood Group Recenzje

I have just taken delivery of my second Sportage from BMG. I have dealt with Liam Adams both times, and he has been professional, accommodating and incredibly patient with my onerous list of requirements!
Everything was done remotely and my new car was delivered promptly on the day.
The atmosphere on site is relaxed and friendly. The best Kia dealer for miles.

Matthew Hemmingway was very good , took his time to explain things in great detail , very easy person to get on with, and has told us to come back to him on anything if we have any questions or issues , so hopefully this will be kept up as there are too many companies these days that don't offer a good customer service ,so far we are very happy

Service was good, sale completed quickly, vehicle turned around as quick as possible.

Just a great experience from start to finish

Once again the team at Birdwood garage have come up trumps. I recently returned to them having been so pleased with the service a few years ago and they did not disappoint. Friendly, helpful and efficient at the time of the sale but importantly sorting out a teething problem straight away. As an older widow I find it very reassuring to have a car sales garage like this that I feel I can trust. Thankyou Birdwood!

I dealt with Matthew hemmingway couldnt have been more helpful He helped me so much and at 80plus years I needed a lot of help

Easy experience, and great line up of new and used machines

Not local to me, so everything organised remotely in advance and everything was ready to go, the process was really efficient and simple, the team there all knowledgable and friendly.

Really happy with my new car. Staff and process were excellent. Second car I have bought at this branch,

Staff were professional and friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Adam in sales couldn't do enough for us and even helped on his day off.

Our first time with Birchwood, and with a Kia, having had a forgettable experience with Land Rover. Very helpful, and as others have said not at all pushy. Two test drives later purchased a Sportage, slightly overwhelmed by the electronic kit it comes with!! But reassured by the words, “come back with anything you need help with”
Matt Hemmingway has our thanks

Great cars, very good garage, not pushy, there to help you. Steve lansley goes out of his way to make sure that the customer gets their questions answered.
I would recommend Birchwood Washington to anyone who needs a New or Used car.

Really good experience from beginning to end and the salesman Matthew was professional and explained everything very well

I recently bought a new Kia from the Washington branch. Matt was excellent and made the whole experience as easy as possible; I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

From seeing the great selection of car when I pass every day, to actually driving off in my chosen car, the whole experience was made easy by Sam & Paul. There is a great choice of all makes of cars and in different price ranges. Its worth looking at their internet site to see what is available

Great service by Sam at Birchwood Chichester. I was travelling down from a while away and Sam was on hand to answer multiple questions before coming to the dealership in person without being pushy. Really happy with the car and service received. Thanks.

Steve really looked after me and made my whole experience honest, informative and helpful from start to finish. I couldn't recommend him or the dealership more.

We bought a Chery Tiggo 7 from the Hastings branch and Rob was fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly and efficient and would highly recommend. Great service.

I visited Birchwood Kia at Washington to look at a Kia Picanto as having done research on line this car appealed to me. When I arrived I looked around the showroom and one of the salesman named Matt asked me if I needed help, so I sat down and had a discussion about the car. He explained all about the car very clearly @nd went through the various finance packages and payments with me to suit my budget.
I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car, but Matt provided me with everything I needed to know and I felt confident enough to purchase. Everything from then on was completed on line and was very straight forward. On collection day Matt sat with me in the car and went through how things worked and told me if I had any queries to contact him.

Friendly, polite, humorous. offered a great deal and were prepared to negotiate on the small things that matter. Very good personal service. Actually made us feel appreciated as a customer.
