Changed my skin!
biotrade products changed my life! I never had a problematic skin but after I turned 25 my face got crazy and I had many pimples! I was really confused what to use and then I found about biotrade and decided to give them a chance. First I used Acnaut series and they completely changed the game! Soon I was back to having my skin back to normal 😊 now I use Pure skin - hydration and exfoliation are my best friends! Thank you, BIOTRADE ❤️

I took off one point because unfortunately my pores are very clogged, which was not the case before, I mean blackheads and sebaceous threads. I don't use decorative cosmetics, so I can't say that it's because of it. Perhaps you have some recommendations)

No delivery, no response!!
I have placed on 31/07/2024. On the same day, I received an email saying “your oder has been marked complete on our side”, indicating no further information as to delivery. To this day, I haven’t received my order, and I have unsuccessfully attempted to contact the company by email and by filling up their online form. Their website looks like it is no longer properly operational (e.g. if you try to login, it just sends you back to the home page).
