Items that were on sale were very clearly marked. Checkout process was fast and easy. Account setup was straight forward and uncomplicated. I do wish the shipping cost and free shipping minimum was more clearly marked on the home page.

frustrated
I tried purchasing products earlier this year. I tried to use my points and they disappeared. I tried to contact customer service and was unsuccessful. This frustration is part of the reason I haven't purchased anything for several months. When I've looked again, it turns out they later "expired". I definitely would have used them if they were easy to find.

Love the products so much but ordering is a nightmare
Love the products so much, but kept saying it ‘didn’t recognize’ my credit card (the one I use every day). Tried to get help in the chat and it kept saying it didn’t understand. Would’ve loved help from a human. Finally ordered with a different card but it took all morning and was super frustrating.
