I canceled my Bioniq subscription and…
I canceled my Bioniq subscription and was told in writing that January was my last payment. Then I was charged again for February anyway. No clear authorization, no vitamins received for that charge, and it turned into a time-consuming mess.
Pricing also wasn’t clearly disclosed. I was told “$79/month for 3 months of vitamins,” but the actual charges showed up higher once fees were added.
I’m currently demanding: a full refund for the February charge, written confirmation all subscriptions are canceled (for Chris Tabaldo and Tayona Tate), and deletion of Tayona Tate’s data. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company.

So far so great
So far I’ve been taking my personalized vitamins and I can say I feel a little more energized than I would use to feel. Also I don’t know if it’s from the vitamins or not, but I’ve become regular going to the bathroom. The down side to it is that the little granules are hard to swallow when just taking it with water. It goes down smooth with a smoothie or taking it with yogurt but sometimes that’s not always an option for me. I think you should have an option to get the granules add to a capsule. For the most part love that I’m getting everything that I specifically need for my body in a three month supply. Wish I was able to give 4.5 stars

Hi Fatima,
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re so glad to hear you’re feeling more energised and noticing positive changes. That’s always encouraging, especially in the early stages. It’s great that you’ve found ways to make the granules work well for you with yoghurt or smoothies.
If taking them with food isn’t always an option, a small tip that can help is placing the granules toward the back of your mouth and taking them with a generous amount of water in one go. Many members find this makes swallowing much smoother.
We also truly value your feedback about capsules. We’re always listening to suggestions and continuously working on improving the experience for our members.
Thank you again for your trust — we’re really happy to support you with a formula tailored specifically to your needs, and we look forward to seeing your continued progress.

9Months in and going strong
I have now been using Bioniq Pro for around 9 months and I’ve been really impressed with the experience. The personalised approach based on blood test results gives me real confidence in what I’m taking, and the convenience of the monthly packs makes it effortless to stay consistent. I’ve noticed clear improvements in my energy levels and overall wellbeing, and the service and communication have been excellent throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more tailored approach to supplementation.

I have been very pleased with my…
I have been very pleased with my experience with Bioniq and especially with Sara in client relations. They have worked with me in answering all my questions, addressing any concerns I have had about my test results and tweaking my formula with me prior to shipping it out. I had been dealing with very low iron levels for a while. I could not find an iron supplement that I could tolerate and decided to try Bioniq’s unique formula. I started with Bioniq Go and then upgraded to the Pro version because I wanted to have more complete information with the blood test and personalized formula. They worked with me to find the right combination for a formula geared to raising my iron level. I am happy to say that after 7 months on the formula my iron levels have dramatically improved, I am feeling so much better, and I have had zero problems in digesting the extra iron. With blood testing every 3-6 months I am able to have my next round of the formula changed to meet my current levels in all areas. I highly recommend the experience and recommend the Pro experience so that your formula is made uniquely for you and your current needs.

Hi Jacquie,
Thank you so much for sharing your journey in such detail.
We’re truly delighted to hear about the improvement in your iron levels and, most importantly, how much better you’re feeling. Addressing low iron can be frustrating, especially when tolerance is an issue, so it’s incredibly rewarding to know your personalized formula has worked effectively and comfortably for you.
It’s also wonderful to hear your feedback about Sara and our client relations team. Your results after 7 months are a fantastic example of what personalised, evidence-based supplementation combined with regular testing can achieve.
Thank you for your trust and for recommending the Bioniq PRO experience. We’re honoured to support you on your health journey and look forward to continuing alongside you!
