They are scamming people
They are scamming people. the one review they have is a family member. they came to my house I just bought and brought the hose from outside and hose the inside of my house and called that biohazard clean and then demanded $2900 or they were going to put a lien on my property. they caused major water damage and now we cannot move into our first home as planned and we still have to be out of our other house so basically going to be homeless until the damages can be fixed

The services provided at this property were performed using professional biohazard remediation standards, not simply “hosing” the interior of a home as alleged. Depending on site conditions, remediation may involve the controlled use of water, disinfectants, and specialized equipment. All work is documented.
Bio Hazard Plus Company did not cause major water damage at this property. Any pre-existing conditions or unrelated issues were not created by our services. We maintain service records, and documentation that accurately reflect the scope of work performed.
