This product soothes quickly but I have using about two weeks so far with some relief but I am waiting to see if it improves more. The size of the can is smaller than expected so won’t last long if using it several times a day

I would like to thank Biobalance for refunding the cost off the foam I ordered by way of an Amazon gift voucher- the care for her foam It burnt so much I need to wash it off with cold water.
They dealt promptly with my complaint and did send me the voucher which I appreciate

The concept of this really excited me! My 5 year old was born with issues still yet to be explained by the NHS! Never tried anything other than prescribed meds on her until now.

Sadly the bacfibre for children obviously wasn't invented by someone with children. 200ml of water to be drank immediately by a 5 year old isn't a thing. Especially a SEN one! We managed 2 days and she just complained of extreme tummy pain so we had to give up.

Great experience from start to finish and products are great too after 6days use so far.

Thought it tasted vile. Looked it as well, so didnt try it.

This product has sorted out my “problem”
Have tried other things but nothing is as good as this .

After ordering the Eye Bundle package, my order arrived later than should be. However, the owner of the company was very professional and kind. He responded to my email promptly, apologized for the delay, and resolved all the issues related to my order and also did a goodwill gesture wich i appreciate!

The products are of very good quality, not cheap, but reasonably priced for what you receive. Overall, a trustworthy seller with good customer service. 🙂

I have now received a refund from the company and a replacement dispenser.
I was not expecting either as I still haven’t had a response to my emails. However I am grateful that my complaint has been addressed.
I received my care for her foam a few weeks ago. The product is good and does what it says, however my pump dispenser stopped working properly after a few days and started dispensing a handful of foam with only a gentle touch of the button. I contacted the webchat and was promised a replacement, which I haven’t received. I have since sent several emails with no response.

Only just begun taking these so difficult to report on their effectiveness , arrived as advised and easy to take . Definitely need a second glass of water to make them go down completely . Fingers crossed they work 🤞
