Impossible to contact the customer service and to close your account. Time waster!

I had a problem with using my account. I spent significant time with three people in a row, with all three delclaring that everything was "okay".

The first two times, I believed them, and went away happy, giving high reviews - and then tried to use my account and discovered it hadn't been solved.

The third person tried to do the same - fortunately, I was wise to it, and persisted until I had the answer I needed - not what I wanted to hear - and still good to know.

The third person obviously realised I was fed up with the service, and did not allow me to leave a review. Maybe she will read it here.

Recensione: Non scaricate questa app se tenete ai vostri soldi. Se sorge un problema nel prelievo o nel recupero fondi, restate soli. Il servizio clienti è un labirinto di bot inutili e non permettono di parlare con una persona in carne ed ossa. Sono bloccato da giorni senza risposte concrete. Pessimi.

my binance account is blocked and I've tried calling them to find out why and they're not giving me a valid reason, they just say they're investigating and they will get back to me. Don't trust binance , it's very unreliable I tell you

Do not use binance. They scammed my money. Don't recommend this service. Use another service please.

They don't offer a good service in general and they list rubbish cypto coins which pump dump and disappear

I have lost access to my google authenticator I have requested to have it removed been waiting for days they keep saying the same thing "We have sent the case to the relevant team please allow 24h" I waited for more than 3 days now an still no case update. On top of that they closed down my account due to me sending funds to a "Restricted Country" AVOID

Garbage application

They will constantly force you to re-do verification. Ive scanned my passport at least twice a year for them and ive logged in today to be told that my passport has been rejected again. Ive never had kyc issues with any company on earth, only binance.

You've been warned, get out and delete this app while you still can. There is no customer service at all, you cant even message them or select from their drop down menu. This is one big big scam

Awful experience with Binance:
Changing a maiden name into a spouse name is a nightmare: I gave all the necessary documents but I already lost 5 days in a useless tchat and I still continue to struggle currently.
Meanwhile, I canno't have access to bank transfer and my funds are still on the Binance account.
My advice: RUN AWAY!

Quite surprised to see the Negative reviews. I personally have had only positive experiences. Money in, money money out no problem. Lots of different ways to trade. Lots of opportunities to learn from bots or other traders (copy). Rebalancing bots, Ai bots, Margin trades and the list goes on. It is a deep and wide platform that took me a good while to feel confident with, just because of the many ways it can be used. You do have to be careful, and choose well how you move funds in and out, but if you are patient and willing to learn its pretty good to be fair (free at entry level)

I received payment from someone that sold goods for through Binance pay with order ID 258548950313672704, since October after trading for some days I wanted to transfer the money out I was shocked to received message that my deposit and withdrawal has been restricted, When I contacted their customer service they said I have dispute with my bank , I explained to them I didn't buy this usdt directly from my bank that I was paid for goods I sold but they keep saying I need to contact my bank and show them our conversation with my bank that there's no any dispute with them, I contacted my bank as I was told I share them my chat with my bank that I didn't have any dispute with them, Binance customer said they will review it since October my fund has restricted from withdraw

The worst part of it to make them a bigger scammer in the is I chatted with them on January 1st they said I should be happy the review is on final stage and I will able to withdraw my money on 21st January 2024, I was very happy until January 22 when i chatted with them but they keep saying another thing that my account is on review

I make the mistake of investing funds with Binance.com. They were happy to take my money ... However, now I cannot take out my funds as they have a 3rd party verification (it's a scam).

I have account name / password and MFA. However, the same government issues ID they accepted to take my money never passes the 3rd party check. Works everywhere else :-(

I have spent literally days trying to get this sorted. Even when it appears i have passed the verification ID and photo accepted I still get decined. The helpdesk system is designed to make you give up ... spent over 24hrs in a chat last week.

Invested in october 2022 and not used the service and asked for a refund no reply can't get through to talk to some they don't want to know taken the money and run.The website looks professional be someone in his bedroom making money.

This is the worst investment I have ever made. Investing with be easy and withdrawing will be the problem all they ask is to pay more money

My account was emptied of thousands of pounds.i can't call or email anyone. Nobody cares and they won't provide proof of how the person logged in and bypassed the 2fa security.what a disgrace
