Pure scam just another drop shipper.. after 3 weeks of going back and fourth and the asking several time year and make the photos of my vehicle it was clear they didn’t know what they were talking about .. decided to cancel my order and the kept 30%of my money claiming it was for restocking fees .. which made no sense to me because they clearly had no part in stock .. after reading reviews I see a lot of people have this same experience and I’m guessing it’s what pays for the fancy web page the have created.. don’t buy from them

They have a fitment guarantee, but sent the wrong item twice. Customer service has been nonexistent and no one answers the phone, making a return impossible. They will only text occasionally. Company uses Google phone numbers, which means the company is probably not on the US. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Ordered a part that did not fit. Returned it on my own dollar. After 3 months got an email saying that the return was denied because they have a “no return” policy. Total scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I run a shop and have had numerous customers come back after their product failed. For example, this site sells a radio for $800, instead of receiving an $800 radio, my customer received a $250 ALIBABA radio that barely worked. AVOID. This site is a scam, it is ran by some 20 something kid pretending to be a professional. His name is Kevin Le. He’s a con artist hustling alibaba products as his own. DONT GET SCAMMED AVOID!!!

As for support, they wish they were at the level of incompetent. No phone support, no email support, on VERY SLOW texting (hours to days to reply!). When asked about parts or installation, they can't identify the parts they ship.
"Installation Instructions" - are not. Vague descriptions, no details. When asked, they offered no details, no videos, no links; nothing that would support even the professional installers.

They offer extra protection for returns then refuse to give a refund. I highly recommend staying away. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. They are a scam.

Keep deleting my comments Bimmerplug - it's not going to stop. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. Taillights have terrible seals - weeks after install they fill up with condensation - literally water dripping inside of them. Then deny warranty claim after having me get them photos, then they ask for video, then I have to proactively reach back to be told they denied the claim. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!

I ordered a CarPlay upgrade for my 2012 M6 back in early March. I tried to get a hold of someone after placing the order to get details on the product and shipping info. No one would respond.
I did receive the product in late April and it was missing the main harness. I called the support line and was sent to voicemail and then a text popped up asking what they could do for me. I explained the situation and sent pics of the missing harness. I was asked to give them 2 days…it’s now May14th and I still don’t have the part or a tracking #. It still has not shipped and they keep telling me next week. DO NOT buy anything from these people, they are horrible!

In November 2024, I purchased an aftermarket Apple CarPlay device online for $349 from Bimmer Plug LLC, and my experience has been nothing short of appalling due to their blatantly unethical and deceptive business practices. They essentially stole my money along with the returned device, an action that I firmly consider theft.

The device was incompatible with my vehicle, directly contradicting their so-called "Fit Guarantee." Worse, the product arrived without usable instructions, merely providing a generic YouTube video that referenced an entirely different model.

My numerous attempts to reach their customer service through email, phone, and text were entirely ignored. After incurring additional costs of \$77 for certified return shipping, the return package was confirmed delivered and signed for by Bimmer Plug LLC. Despite this clear evidence of receipt, they blatantly refused to issue a refund or even acknowledge the return.

When I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, my claim was rejected due to a deliberately obscured clause on their website requiring submission of a return request form—requests they intentionally ignore, effectively ensuring refunds cannot be processed.

My ordeal mirrors countless other consumer complaints online, highlighting a systematic and calculated pattern of consumer deception and theft by Bimmer Plug LLC. I strongly urge potential customers to avoid this unscrupulous company to prevent experiencing the same financial loss and frustration.

Ordered carbon fiber mirror caps for a m2 f87. Fitment was awful. Chinese knockoffs. Threw them out and didn’t bother contacting the company due to the poor reviews about the return process. Should’ve listened to the bad reviews. I gave them a chance and was disappointed.

If I could leave zero stars I would I ordered some m style carbon fiber caps with sequentials emailed them and said they would give me an update two weeks ago till today no update so not recommended at all

This company has a real bad issue with communication and they will never get back to you and the response is thru e-mail instead of picking up the phone and talk to the installers. I was dealing with the issue on a Saturday. That was the major reason why I return the navigation system. I ask if I maybe I can possibly see if there was another item I can use the credit on. I e-mail them and they said they would look into it. Since I got no response I requested a refund. If a company doesn't respond why not move on with life and get your refund. Now I have filed multiple disputes with this company and it seem Affirm has decided to take their side. Too anyone who is thinking of ordering product from them. DO NOT DO SO. Most of their products are from China and you can get them off of ebay for a lot lower price. I am in a dilemma where my credit score will tank because this company refused to refund my money. Please look at the Google reviews! They have a 1.8 star rating and the issue is the same. I know I have gotten screwed by them, but I am letting everyone know that don't be like me and get trapped. This company rather take your money and not product the product or give you an update on the product if you consider doing a laterally refund to a fair price merchandise. You have been warned.

I have NEVER in my life dealt with a company as horrendous as Beemer Plug. If you’re even thinking about placing an order with them—STOP RIGHT NOW.

These scammers don’t stock a single thing. They’ve built a shiny, professional-looking website just to lure you in, but in reality? They’re just drop shipping junk from Alibaba. That’s right—you’re paying a massive markup just to wait months and months for something they don’t even have yet! Even NON-custom orders take forever because they only buy from their supplier AFTER you hand over your hard-earned money.

And customer service? HA! The worst I’ve ever encountered. Rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent. You could be waiting an eternity, and they wouldn’t lift a finger to help.

Here’s the real kicker: If you really want the same product, just go to Alibaba yourself and use Afterpay. You’ll pay WAY LESS and still wait the same ridiculous amount of time!

Don’t fall for Beemer Plug’s scam tactics. They should be called BUMMER Plug because that’s exactly what you’ll feel like after ordering from them—BURNED and ROBBED.

I placed an order, then after review of additional details realized it wasn’t what I was looking for. I have been trying for over two weeks to cancel the order, and every time I email them to cancel, I only get a response “the part will work for your car”. It’s an $800+ part and I have asked more than 4 times for an order cancel and refund and they are not responsive.

I purchased a part for my car back in January 2024 and I returned it within the 30 day policy and to this date I have not received my refund. They emailed me a fake refund email but did not actually did a refund to my credit card.
Numerous emails and always a runaround about getting back to me. I will not stop with my honest bad rreviews until I get my refund money.

Purchased 4 - 69mm Wheel Caps @ $199.02 needed 56mm Wheel Caps: Anthony @ BimmerPlug sent me a label for return. I returned them promptly in their original box unused. After about 3 months I tried contacting them to check on the status of the refund as the item had been discontinued. About 4 months later I received the package back "Return to Sender Unable to Forward" I tried many, many times to reach them by phone & email and no response. Only after I disputed the charge with Discover Card I received a message from Kass saying Anthony was no longer with the company and that if I dropped the Dispute they would give me a refund. Meanwhile Discover Card said they requested some information from BimmerPlug. Discover Card ruled that because I was still in possession of the product - I had returned these on 10/30/2023 and BimmerPlug had sent the package back to me unopened in April 2024 - that it was a valid transaction. Discover Card told me to go back to BimmerPlug and get a refund from them as they just requested information and did not view it as a Hard Inquiry. BimmerPlug said once I created a Dispute with Discover Card, they viewed that as a HARD INQUIRY they no longer offer a return or refund. If I hadn't filed a dispute with Discover Card they would have given me a refund as it would have been a clean transaction. I WOULD NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE WITH BimmerPlug.

Absolute scammer scumbags. Ordered a red start button and carbon fiber csl grill for my g22 BMW. Next day get a shipment notification, great ! They just shipped the cheap little button. I inquired multiple times throughout the coming weeks about the grill and not a single answer ( email, phone , text ). Finally after over a month I get a shipment notification for the grill ! Couple days later it comes in and much to my disappointment it’s the completely wrong item !! Paid almost $800 for the carbon fiber grill and got the cheap black plastic version sent to me !

I immediately email them right away and to my surprise the reply and apologize and send me a return label. Weeks go by and no update on the replacement. Multiple emails and nothing back. Please do yourself a favor and don’t put yourself through their scamming bs. I could have ordered all this from China directly myself and actually have gotten my order by now and for a lot cheaper.

Terrible Experience. They have zero way to reach out to them. They buy followers and spend a ton on marketing while marking up cheap parts.

Scam/Fraudulent Business.

This company is operating a scam. They claim they design aftermarket car parts from a shop in southern CA. They actually drop ship low quality garbage from distributors in China for 1/4-1/3 of the cost.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS. Every time customers leave a string of 1-star reviews on their google company info, they buy 5-star reviews from fake review companies to bury all negative reviews. It's obvious based on the accounts and patterns of reviews.

On reputable car forums, real customers overwhelmingly have had terrible experiences with the company. I've spend in excess of $3000 on orders from this business, which I either
1. Never received
2. Were the wrong parts
3. Were defective

The parts that they claim are designed and built in-house are also all found on Chinese online marketplaces.

It is very easy to fall for their trap because of their pretty website and facade of being a reputable business that's propped up with fake content. Their following on social media is also clearly fake, they have ~28k followers, yet no one except bots comment on their posts.

Please do yourself the favor of avoiding this company. I was fortunate enough to get a chargeback from my credit card companies for all of these charges. Don't waste your time or money.
