I want to install Ista/inpa en paid 35 euro's
I download the program butt can't instal it with winrar or 7-zip ????

I think money lost and no program

Firstly, the website is misleading as it advertises the ISTA+ installation as being the “latest available version”.
The latest version currently available (as of 01/06/2025) is 4.52.40 (released in April 2025) and not 4.32.15 (released in late 2021).
Secondly, the download provided is merely a reshared link that is available free of charge from various enthusiast forums on the net - backed by a message on the installer by the original sharers: “this software is free of charge, if you have paid, request a refund”.
Lastly, there is zero communication with the seller.
Take sometime, do some research, and you’ll find the latest version completely free of charge elsewhere. Do not, under any circumstances, give these lot your hard earned money.

The software works, but the one-click installation is complete crap. It takes quite a bit of expertise to install the software. If you don't have that, you should skip these products.

To the seller: you should include a link to the correct installation video in your emails, so the negative feedback would stop. The instructions that come with the product will not work.

Scammers don’t buy anything from their websites. It’s all a money grab. A lot of forms out there saying that these guys be scamming STAY AWAY

took a little under half an hour from purchase untill i got an email with download and install instructions, as others have said theres a pop-up saying "this program is free" but that pop-up refers to the compiler used to automate the install of ISTA and not the ISTA program itsself, software works fine for diagnostics and programming of my E84, im really pleased. 5/5 stars.

i have tried to obtain ISTA from other sources and this is by far the easiest and most streamlined experience. no hassle and it just works.

Site is now down as in a black & white screen. Very suspect

Absolute con man the software is free and the free version I got is better then the paid for version.Had to pay more if I wanted to fix my missing files and errors

After reading the reviews here, I was surprised to receive an email with download instructions about two hours after paying.

I haven't tested the software yet, so I won't give it 5 stars until I'm sure it works.

It doesn't feel fair to give 3 stars since the delivery was prompt, and 5 stars would suggest everything works as expected. Also, I don't want to discredit the negative reviews, so please take this review lightly.

SCAMMERS---BEWARE!

I suspect what this lot are doing is not strictly illegal as there are loads of services out there offering to renew documents, ID, licences, change of address etc - for a fee, when in fact it can all be done for nothing on government websites. Certainly disingenuous and misleading. More fool me!

This mob are just the same as THIS SOFTWARE IS FREE, which is exactly the splash screen message you get as soon as to start to install the program.

I was in a rush to fix my car and assumed, wrongly, that paying for it might be a better bet than a 'dodgy' free offering and a BMW technical system was unlikely to be legally free. I paid via Paypal, thankfully, so am confident that I am not exposed in any other way. Interestingly the payment registered to an individual (Arran Smith) but the confirmatory email and instructions came from a very bizarre address and their front of house email is Bimmerdiagnostics. I am sure this is NOT a legit operation.

Also, the website link they sent for download threw up concerning messages about an insecure connection, invalid responses and protocol errors. I tried just accessing the main xpcc.co.uk site which came up as new and not yet registered. Hmmm.

I could write a book but, suffice to say, it was pain to download with unzipping issues, a bigger pain to try and get running and, ultimately, I can't get it to work. It doesn't seem to like Windows 11?

They have not responded or acknowledged my email asking for guidance. No surprises there!

I am now getting a handheld scanner which will perform the specific fuel prime/bleed I need to do as well as all the other usual functionality which I can make use of. Not expensive at £125 when any garage call out to perform the task would probably cost more and likely would be the tool they use.

Bottom line is DON'T USE THIS BUNCH.

I downloaded the large files and followed instructions to get working
you need a 100 gig hard disk space

company of scammers is all i can say.. I ordered both software and a 500 gigabyte hard drive from them. I received only the first position, but it does not work, I did not receive the hard disk, they do not respond to messages. Scammers, the only word I can think of...

Waste of time. So much messing about trying to install. Wish I hadn’t bothered.

Large download but worked fine, all instructions provided and was able to connect to my car okay

Bought ISTA from this site, upon install of ISTA-D there is a message that says 'THIS SOFTWARE IS FREE, IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT ASK FOR A REFUND'.
Clearly, this website is selling a software that is not meant to be sold.
ISTA-P had a serial key in its folder, not sure if this is a legit version.
I deleted all this program as it would be unsafe to plug my car with it.
This is for sure not legal, website well designed though and looked legit.
