Billy has taken a lot of the labor out of accumulating insurance certificates and policies leaving our compliance team more time for problem solving activities. Billy continuously improves the software by soliciting suggestions from its clients and implementing the best of those suggestions into the software. As for customer service, I do not think I have worked with a better group. The are responsive, attentive and more importantly have an understanding of their product that exceeds that of other SAAS providers.

Billy has been fantastic. We originally were with a competitor, and the system was very clunky and unpleasant to use. We switched to billy because we liked their interface. They have been great to work with, and are constantly evolving the platform. They are very open to feedback, and want to understand the user's needs. I highly recommend.
