Sadly not a great experience at Rushden lakes firstly we were told we could not sit outside due to weather predictions of a storm - Jamaica Blue didn’t get that memo all their customers enjoyed sitting Al fresco The food all day brunch …horrible sent back eggs weren’t cooked beans were microwaved to death bacon so hard it shot off the plate !
They really didn’t care either, far too expensive to be this bad

Visited Bills for the first time in Cardiff city centre on Sunday , staff were very polite and helped us out with recommendations from the menu. Food was served hot, well presented and was indeed delicious. Would absolutely return again.

A horrible experience at Bill's London bridge. The Santorini salad (£18) had only half of the proposed ingredients on the menu. On top of that the seasoning was very poor which made the salad blend. We are French did not expect French cuisine but a salad is in the beginner s course. Service was turtle slow. A waitress was kind of rude. They advertise two for one cocktail. The trick is that the glasses are twice smaller and they are cheeky enough to put an automatic 12 something % on the bill. I declined. This is shameless emptying people's pockets.

Visited Bills (Guildford) for daughter’s birthday brunch - we all had the pancakes. This Bills was hidden away and very quaint, we were in a secluded corner and very cosy. The waiter & waitress both excellent. Attended to Vegan/Gluten Free needs (various options available). Would recommend! Take away pots made available / thoroughly good service.

Visited the Worcester Branch for Lunch. Service was a little slow, but food was ok. Biggest problem was the "optional" 12.5% service charge added automatically to the bill that you had to ask if you wanted removed. This was before then being asked if I wanted to add a tip on top of an already overpriced meal.

Friendly staff, cold eggs Benedict, in fact the hollandaise sauce was more chilled than cold. I actually googled to see if it was supposed to be chilled! The restaurant was in Covent Garden.

We were served by Faith and she was fantastic she was really nice and friendly and efficient the food arrived on time it was excellent value and great to eat thank you very much I think Faith is a wonderful representative of Bills restaurant. Thank you.

Greeted by host shown table. Small bottle of cider £6.25. Industrial look made the place look dirty and indeed there was food on the floor and water on the toilet floor under the hand dryer which wasn't working. Burger lukewarm and chip portion small. Paid bill so my daughter didn't try and when I looked at the bill the service charge was 6.62 which I would not have paid if pointed out. I cant think of anything this place does better than its competitors and as you can probably tell I won't be going again.

worst pancakes i’ve ever had in my life do not come here pancakes to sweet and undercooked there 5 pound for a reason my dog could make better pancakes dead food!!!

I just thought the standard of food wasn’t great.
Starter calamari nice but the garnish chilli’s and spring onions were a bit yesterday’s. The shawarma bread wasn’t fresh, the garlic bread had no butter or even garlic on it. Pink lemonade £4.75. I think Bills needs a bit of an overhaul. Service good but it was a kids birthday that we mentioned on arrival and nothing mentioned after.

We ordered breakfast on Deliveroo, very big portions. We had berry pancakes and it was really nice and fresh. It included golden syrup, mixed berries, cream and of course pancakes! Such amazing taste I will definitely order again, give it a try!

By far one of the better burgers..Really enjoyed it...Chargrilled and Not Greasy

Staff didn’t come over to take my order at all. Until I spoke to one of the staff, and she was rude and didn’t want to talk to me. Overall this made the experience crap

Greeted by a young man called Max. Very personable and welcoming. Our order taken by seb was efficent: offered extras and checked all our needs. Service with a smile from both lads. Managers all very attentive and personable. However food was overcooked lots of apologies though so all good.

Wow Bill’s my first time! The service was amazing the burger and smoothie delicious and oh my got that cheese cake dessert i have never had anything like it! Perfect location for late lunch with a friend!

Horrendous experience for a party of 3 people! Waited for our food for 40 minutes and when it eventually arrived, one of the orders was completely missing and another dish was brought in its place. One of the drinks was also wrong and we had to wait a further 10 minutes for that to be corrected and we had to finish our meal in 5 minutes. There are time constraints for customers at an airport and the restaurant is clearly unable to meet these requirements at all. We were offered a 20% reduction of the bill however as we were so late, I paid promptly and had to rush to the gate to avoid missing boarding. Unfortunately it wasn’t until we boarded the plane I noticed that they had actually charged twice for one of the other meals and therefore the bill was actually more than it should have been even with the discount. I have now written to customer services as I would like a full refund for the stress this entire experience caused.

Bill's @ Terminal 2 London Heathrow is relatively new, it replaced The Perfectionist.
I travel quite a lot, usually with another 5-6 people. Restaurants in airports need to be time sensitive for obvious reasons.
Our experience of Bill's in Terminal 2 London Heathrow wasn't good at all. The food took about 25 minutes to arrive, they had forgotten one of the orders. In all fairness they did reduce the bill which was appreciated.
I hope they get their act together or they won't last very long.

My daughter took her two children to Bills in Wimbledon for Sunday lunch. Her oldest son has complex special needs, two of the staff could see that she was getting into difficulties with him, they took her younger son and entertained him, leaving her free to attend her to eldest son. So very very kind, thank you.

The reason for one star is the discount currently featured on Bill's website never materialised. After completing the data requirements to qualify for a 20% voucher I was advised this would be in my inbox within forty eight hours. Sadly one week later after sending a chase up email I have come to the conclusion this offer will never arrive.
I would assume this is a marketing ploy to catch your data. Its unfortunate because when I visited Bill's in Bath , the discount would have covered the 'optional' 12.5% tip that was automatically placed against my bill, I would prefer to decide what I would like to tip rather than the decision being made for me!
