Many thanks for all your help sorting out a, possible, problem arsing due to my own eagerness to arrange a change with my current account expiring at the end of the month. Very helpful and much appreciated

Energy Supplier switch

Didn’t have any luck trying to switch Energy Supplier on website, but Dale was very helpful on web chat, and arranged a painless switchover to a new supplier quickly.

Efficient and easy process

Easy to do They do the research snd the switch for you and as I am an oap this is a lot off my mind, It also helps me to save money with no pressure to change .
E-mails responded to in a timely manner with answers to any questions I have .

I came on here trying to find a cheaper…

I came on here trying to find a cheaper energy supplier and your website popped up so I thought what the heck!! I am so glad I did ! Within 30 minutes I switched suppliers with no problems and now I'm hoping to get a phone too. Thank you for your service BillBuddy. I will definitely refer you to my sisters and friends xxx

Found a great deal

Discussed options online with Dale after poor service from SP and he swiftly found me a great deal with E.ON. I am sure the switchover will go smoothly too!

Pain free tariff switch

Queried an entry via chat on my home page whilst looking for tariff comparisons (current deal ending shortly) and ended up switching without all the pain.

Very Helpful Service

Great service as this is the sort of thing I never get around to looking at. Dale sorted out our energy supplier switch in a speedy manner, which mean't I didn't need to worry about anything.
