On my trip to California I ordered a couple of items from Billabong on Sunday night and paid 20 dollars extra for 2 day shipping to make sure that the package will reach on time before I'm leaving. Now it's Thursday and the order still has not been processed. I have been patient, but today I called into customer service again, and the supervisor who was supposed to help was rude and raised her voice at me on the phone.

I will definitely not be ordering from this company ever again. It's a shame they also hire people to be "supervisors" who behave that way. Her name was either Val or Zel.

Billabong is untrustworthy when it comes to their processing and shipping times. I would not recommend them.

I tried to order an E-Voucher on-line and after completing the information was told it could not be delivered! I used their on-line form for assistance and clearly it was an AI chat box that replied to me in French!! I tried again requesting assistance and asked for a response from a human being and that it be in English and again got a reply in French! Absolutely useless and I will never try and order anything from Billabong on-line again.

I ordered a rash vest from billabong, which publicises that items will be dispatched within 48 hours. 2 weeks later, after I had emailed support multiple times, including once to request a cancellation, they sent me a notification that my parcel had been shipped. Now I'll have to fight for a return and refund.

In the meantime, I ordered the same item from Amazon and got it within 24 :(

Hice una devolución el día 19 de marzo (me enviaron una talle equivocada) y no han respondido, ni me han devuelto el dinero.

Los emails nunca los responden, es perder el tiempo.

La única opción que tengo es denunciar el cargo en mi tarjeta y presentar todas las pruebas de devolución para que devuelvan el cargo a estos impresensables.

I ordered several items from Quicksilver/Billabong online. All my orders had to come to the UK. It turns out returns are not free.
All my orders came separately despite the fact that some could have been bundled together. As per their returns policy, I have to return them all separately. EACH return costs £5. What a total ripoff. I have 4 parcels, so it is costing me £20 in returns for unwanted items. Now it turns out that as a 'member' (signing up to emails) all these returns would have been free, which sadly is too late for me as you cannot sign up retrospectively. So it is possible for the company to waive the postage costs. But only to the ones who want to get emails. Unbelievable. Unprofessional is a term that is still too good for this kind of behaviour.

Bought a Furnace Natural 4/3 wetsuit last summer and after about 10 sessions in the UK winter the cuffs are fraying and taped seams coming away. Worst quality wetsuit I've bought in 35 years of surfing and the customer service is just pathetic. A month to get an automated response telling me to contact them via Quiksilver! It was against my better judgement to buy a Billabong wetsuit and I should've stuck to my instinct

Es malisimo el tiempo de envios y las formas de envio. No sabes por donde se envian no tienen forma de comunicarte y siempre superan los 8 a 12 dias en entregar. Si queres hacer un regalo por mas q compres con anticipacion vas a quedar mal. Malisimo las compras online

Ik ben al 1 week aan het wachten tot ze mijn bestelling hebben verwerkt. Dit zou maximaal maar 48 uur duren. Vakaer proberen contact op te zoeken, krijf alleen maar contact met een bot. Ik wil nu me bestelling annuleren en dit gaat ook niet. Ik ga namelijk op vakantie en ben niet meer thuis voor de bestelling.

Originele kleding en de kwaliteit scoort een ruime voldoende.

De terugbetaling laat te lang op zich wachten. Er gaat ongeveer 1 a 1.5 maand overheen.

Als je dat je dat voor lief neemt kan je hier prima kleding bestellen.

La qualité des produits est tellement médiocres !! Ne commandez pas ! Au premier lavage, même à basse température, le noir devient gris, les vêtements rétrécissent … bref à fuir .. quand je contacte le service clients j’ai une réponse 2 mois plus tard me disant qu’il ne peut rien faire car c’est un défaut du au lavage.. étonnant je ne rencontre aucune de ses mésaventures avec d’autres marques !

Leveren laat en in delen (weet ook daardoor niet of bestelling nu eindelijk compleet) Maar erger, nul communicatie mogelijk. Defecte trui geleverd en al 2 weken om oplossing gevraagd. Nul....

I never thought I had to wait so long for a refund or a reply.
I have purchased so many times from billabong and never had an issue with a refund or reply.

I will probably stop purchasing from billabong if that's the case now.

Really disappointed in customer service.

To have to wait one month for a return it's outrageous.

Don’t order EVER from billanbong. I tried to reach the customer service, but every time I get a chat bot. I have a retour form almost 350€ what I need to get back and I didn’t received anything. It’s already 4 weeks ago that I send the retourx it’s a disaster.. I can’t reach them, there isn’t a customer service for the Netherlands, it’s terrible

Never order expedited...Blatently false advertise shipping times. I ordered with next day delivery. There was no indication about processing times.

I was leaving for a trip on 2/9 and needed it fast so I paid the extra money and ordered it on 2/1. Now, it won't be delivered until 2/11 even though their customer service assured me it would be delivered no later than 2/5

Llevo esperando el pedido desde el 30 de diciembre y no me ha llegado. Escribo y no me contestan. No compren en esta página

6 items were ordered of which only 4 were delivered.

Disappointed. Put in an order and after a week it got cancelled as the item wasn't available... Frustrating as they shouldn't advertise it if they don't have it.

More annoying though was that he following day it was in stock again so ordered once more and then guess what... A week later they cancelled it again!

Just an update... I'm now onto my fourth order for the same item... I'll update to whether it gets cancelled again... Billabong... Perhaps rather than responding to say feedback helps you, review my details and ensure I get my order

Hopeless company

Ik bestel hier echt NOOIT meer iets. Ik zou volgens de website een retourformulier in het pakket ontvangen moeten hebben. Echter heb ik deze niet gekregen en is het werkelijk ONMOGELIJK om contact te krijgen met Billabong. Ik kan tevens nergens een retouradres vinden. En krijg alleen maar standaard antwoorden terug gemaild die helemaal niet aansluiten bij mijn vraag.

Wat een waardeloze service. Één keer, NOOIT MEER.

Me repatea lo que hacen algunas marcas para conseguir tus datos. Te dicen que si te suscribes te dan un 15 % en tu primera compra. Recibes en tu correo electrónico el código para aplicar absolutamente en ningún sitio viene ninguna condición ni exclusión para su uso. Y cuando vas a usarlo no vale para nada, no funciona. Todo Mentira para conseguir los datos de los clientes, como siempre
