The company has had my return for about a month and has yet to process the refund First they were having system issues and then have repeatedly told me I would receive the refund and I have not. I filed a dispute with my bank. Unacceptable customer service.

My husband ordered a jacket and the sizing didn't match the description. We returned the jacket in the beginning of April and have still not been refunded. The company has not been responding to my emails and I paid 20.00 for the return shipping. When I call they say it's an issue with their system and it's pending but it's been at their office over a month so it's hard to trust they will be giving my money back.

Ordered a vest wrong size ordered followed return policy instructions requested refund as I didn't like the size or style rep contacted me kept requesting a refund as I was just gonna order correct style and size separately but they kept ignoring my request and offering an exchange went thru with exchange shipped return vest 24 hrs after they received it still no tracking number or any update contacted them was informed it would take 5 days for them to process my exchange I mean why does it take 5 days to inspect a returned item and ship correct item 7 days later and guess what still no tracking number or update

Poor quality of shirt. For the price it can be a lot better quality I had saved some items on their site for future purchases but after buying the shirt I will not be ordering again.

I bought a medium jacket for my daughter for Xmas, and due to wrapping it by the time she tried it on it was past the strict 30 day return policy. I did not want a refund, only to exchange it and customer service was having it. I will not purchase from them again.
