Haven't a bad word to say about these guys, every one of them are a great chat and sort whatever you throw at them in good time and at super reasonable rates.

Recently bought a 'vintage' Dutch bike and along with sorting out a puncture they torqued up my gears and all points too. Were frank and the point about any future upgrades that could be done if and when they needed along with some beginner friendly maintanence tips to keep me going.

Business aside these lads are keen for a chat and able to deal with my yammering while still carrying out a class job for other customers.

Definitely coming back and recommending them over nearby Halfords and Evans!

I have used Bike Bros before but this time they completely ripped me off. Yousif showed us the Tenways e-bike and extolled its features and specifically told us of the ability to track it when stolen so we ordered one. Collected and then had problems with registration and when we eventually got the app to work we discover this feature was not on the bicycle. We were totally misled and ordered the wrong bicycle. Avoid!

so friendly and chatty, made some minor adjustments to my bike so the chain wouldn’t fall off as often. 10/10, will go back.

I have several bikes, and bike bros service and repair them all to a great standard, they are all running like new. These team of people are real enthusiastic about bikes and customers. Right from the the MD, to the manager Chris, and Tom is a fantastic mechanic. If I have a problem with a bike between services they always pull out all the stops to help. Keep up the great service guys and thanks for everything.

Got told about bike bros as needed to get my bike sorted for work as the bottom bracket completely broke on me and so took it to them in the morning and thought it would be at least a couple of days to get it back and got messaged the same day saying it had been fixed. They did amazing work on my bike in such a short period I'm truly astonished at how good they were and will be going back in the future for all my repairs I can't do myself and thanks Harry for fixing my bike. 👍

These guys have the exact right attitude imo and nothing is too much trouble. Their mechanics are excellent and rapid. I am really impressed.

I've been visiting Bike Bros. for over a year now. I find their service to be extremely responsive and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. I have been involved with bikes for many years and a good bike shop is hard to find. This is one is worth trusting with both expensive equipment and your more run around cycles (they've looked at both for me!). Thanks to all!

The staff do know their stuff. I have been doing my own mechanics for 20 yrs or so... but its really good to know these guys are solid when I go to get new bits And they have gone that extra yard to help me with stuck bits ..I can only speak for the Guildford branch.

Urgently needed Shimano BR-MT520 brake caliper, as most sites said you had to pre order.
There site said in stock, but just needed to know for definite before ordering on line.
Fantastic member of staff on the phone said they would double check, and had the last one in there hands as we spoke, and advised me about the courier they used. My order arrived the very next day and bang on time, nicely packaged and most importantly in one piece.

A great team! I couldn’t believe how quickly my bike was attended to. The great thing here is it’s a personal service just like the bike shops of yesteryear! If you need a bike serviced, upgraded or even a new bike, I highly recommend you pay the team a visit asap!
