Odpowiedź od Big White Box - The Caravan Accessory Store
I’m sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet, unfortunately, due to the Royal Mail strikes many items have been delayed and as we approach Christmas the delays are getting longer. I have checked your tracking details and can see the item has arrived at your local delivery office, however as Royal Mail are striking again today (9th December) it is likely to be Saturday or Monday before the item is delivered. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, however at the moment we are completely in the hands of Royal Mail.
