Shipped without access codes which were provided to Amazon, resulting in a failed delivery. Bought product elsewhere. Tried to work with them to obtain a resolution acceptable to me, which was for them to refund my money and recall their property from RM. They refused. Had to travel to the local RM depot to collect and initiate a return at my cost. The danger of buying off amazon where the order is fulfilled by the seller: Pay amazon-inflated prices and receive normal hit/miss delivery service where communication between amazon and seller is virtually non-existent.
