The website does not seem to be working…

The website does not seem to be working properly and I have ordered a part that was dispatched. I need to find upon arrival. It wasn’t the part that I ordered so I returned it for a refund. Then when the original part that I ordered was supposed to be sent back to me they tell me now it’s a discontinued part.

Definitely a scam company

Definitely a scam company. I bought and paid for a part on line. 3 weeks later my invoice shows it still pending. Money taken and there is no legitimate contact - fake phone # in Sydney and boggy Chat box "Donna"

Big Warehouse parts, BIG FAT LIARS

Ordered parts for a Hisense fridge/freezer. I've been told by Big Warehouse Spares that Hisense is backlogged with orders, it may take 1-3weeks. Contacted Ryan multiple times and he promised to follow up. It's all a BIG FAT LIE. Its been 2 months! I decided to ring Hisense direct, they answered quickly, the parts were in stock and I should see them within 10 days.

DON'T ORDER PARTS THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS

Scam, take your money and give no product

Honestly, at this point it's just a scam.
Allow you to order parts, but conveniently not in stock, take your money and never respond again!. NO PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE!!! Don't worry though because their P.O.S chat bot will just continue to ignore you and if you do want to escalate, hey just send an email.....
Absolute joke and fraud.

*TLDR - ordered ver a month ago and took my money, no communication, no contact info, blame is on Covid excuse. Still not product.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!! Parts have yet to arrive after 3 weeks. No email response till yesterday and asking for proof of purchase. We've sent this weeks ago.

No contact phone number

No contact phone number, despite the address being in sydney! Unfortunately you don't know this until you place the order.
At this point it would have been better if I had welded all the pieces of metal together myself with the warmth of my anger and fabricated the piece that I ordered and still has not arrived! "Covid delays" are a dated excuse!

Ripped off

I bought an oven part when it arrived it was the wrong one I returned it but no refund was given So I bought the correct part so I thought for $130 when this arrived and I looked it up ebay sell them for $20 the part I ordered first perfect on the oven the one they sent is a really cheap universal in you have to make up yourself this company is a joke no wander they don't have paypal they wouldn't be able to rip people off

I would not trust this company

I would not trust this company, you will place your order and they will continue to extend the "back order date" I have been waiting since the start of August and have been told on four occasions that the item will take another 2-4 weeks.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. "Alyce" never responds. Take your money elsewhere. All I wanted to know was about a simple part for my fridge! Absolutely useless.

Worst Service 1⭐️ - Prices are ok

Price on most things are pretty good.
Service is only 1⭐️.
Big Warehouse service Needs a lot of improving.
Tracking numbers needs to be forwarded to purchaser, As soon as items are dispatched. Items need to be despatched when Big Warehouse claim they are dispatched.
Ever order takes weeks for delivery to arrive. When order has not arrived and you think your item has been lost in shipping. You contact Spares, to find tracking number and that the item has not shipped when claimed, as well as item sometimes has not been freighted at all.
This has happen to me on, +90% of my orders from BigSpares.
Disappointing service, 1 ⭐️.

WORST PLACE EVER

FACTUAL:
I realize there's delays in getting spares because of the pandemic, BUT I have been waiting since March, and not only there has been a delay, There has been several!!, First it was 1 month, then it was another 2 months and now it's 5-6 months!!
Not only that, they are terrible communicators!
Had I known it would take this long let alone how expensive they are, I would have bought a new on different model. NEVER BUY SUNBEAM!

ETA is changing each time after 5 months since ordered

I ordered a food processor blade, nearly 5 months ago (march 2022), when it didn't arrive in the timeline as advertised in their web page, I emailed them and asked what's happening. They gave me a new ETA, since then I emailed them 5 more times (mind you they never emailed me notifying me) to ask where is the product. Each time they gave me new ETA and blaming Sunbeam for not delivering the product to them!. I found this kind of approach very unprofessional and I regret that I had to order from their site. I cant order from other sites as I lost all that time waiting.... Very disappointed!

I tried to find a part on the net.I eventually found out that that the part was Not available.Big. warehouse came on line and told me they could get it for me.
they came back to me by email and said they could get the part and I ordered the part and transferred the money $200 plus. I then placed an order for the part the after payment they they advised me that the part was NOT available and would not be available in the future.
I the requested about 20 Times for a refund and every time I send an email I get the reply that the email was not delivered.I was always able to contact them before I paid the money.

They are not containable by phone and so I am now questioning the integrity of this company.

The contact at the Company is "Sara". I will not give up and will continue to demand a refund even if I have to go to their premises and create a "situation".

At this stage I hope they are a good honest company and that my experience is not a bad reflection on the integrity of the company.

Appallingly bad and dishonest business!

Ordered fridge parts and arrived in wrong colour (poor attention to detail from these Neanderthals). Sent them numerous emails for weeks and no response until today. They said they responded previously but I caught them out lying as they said 'see below email response previously sent' but failed to provide date/time when sent because, you guessed it, they were lying! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Very Bad Experience

Very Bad Experience, took 2 months to send item after 3 follow up e-mails. They sent the wrong item and a pack list which did not match what they sent or my item. I am out of pocket $132.00, they are not contactable by phone so all done by e-mail, I have sent all the details including pictures and they just ask for them again. There is no follow up or advice on what they are doing....I will persist but the poor Customer experience so far does not look good for a satisfactory outcome. Update, got a contact number from complaint forum, got hold of individual who sorted the issue and sent out correct part..eventually.
